- Plenty of room outside for my boat
- This was a large road-motel. The room was surprisingly clean and comfy. The location was a great place of rest after a long treacherous drive from the west, (the road was insanely dangerous with the construction) at night. I arrived in a giant rainstorm that flooded the area.

- Dead roaches in bathroom. Bathroom was hard to get into.

This was a large road-motel. The room was surprisingly clean and comfy. The location was a great place of rest after a long treacherous drive from the west, (the road was insanely dangerous with the construction) at night. I arrived in a giant rainstorm that flooded the area.
My room smelled a bit. The place looked seriously run down. The flooded lake in the middle area didn't help. In my room, water from the outside seeped in through the door and wetting the carpet, all the way to the bed. The furniture was a bit damaged from use. But overall the place seemed clean
