- The sofa was stained and torn.
- The night lady was not helpful and very rude. We were told $20 a night pet fee that would be paid upon check out. We were charged 25 per night. Tub was peeling badly. Carpet/bedding stained. Yorkie was covered in fleas. Never had them before.
- Staff at front desk . No welcoming , even she was mean.
