Best Western Houston Bush IAH Intercontinental Airport Inn

Very clean.

Refused to send shuttle to pick us up at Airport Terminal E. Appeared to be an inconvenience. Didn’t seem to care that we had to book a ride share. Room was next to office. Conversations through the wall throughout the night. Breakfast was much less than mediocre. Waffle iron looked like it had been “Out Of Order” for quite some time. Cereal was stale. Breakfast milk was sour.

I was given 3rd floor rooms for one week and elevator was out of order our entire stay, AC made a lot of noise, uncomfortable beds, bath towels were paper thin

No time for breakfast since my flight leave at midnight. Stayed there only few hours.

Elevator that they need to fix

The room was as expected. Clean and basic. There was a breakfast of waffles and sausage and biscuits.

We could hear every car and plane going by. I kept checking the window to see if it was shut all the way because it was so loud. The Gluten Free options for breakfast were slim. There was a yogurt machine, that gave me about a tablespoon of yogurt. The other choices were packaged oatmeal. No fruit, no eggs. The elevator was not working, so we hauled our heavy bags up the stairs. She did tell us that when we checked in, but it was still an inconvenience.
