The room was very spacious. The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a awesome stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The location was great
The room had roaches, they refused to clean the room and provide me with new sheets, and there was always no one at the front desk to assist.

Location was good. Felt safe and some nice restaurants in the area.
It was a little dated. The highway was somewhat loud in the evenings.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Location was perfect for my Houston visit, close to museum district, and Hermann Park.

The restroom was the nastiest place I have ever showed in the bath tub had mildew and you can tell they do not scrub them tubs just filthy.the picture fram had a big dryer booger on it the kitchen sink had food dried on it .... your house keepers are not doing there job and cleaning the rooms like there supposed to....

The location was really nice and it was the only hotel in the entire area for this price range. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice!
The breakfast is not breakfast. It is a coffee stand and small muffins, one day they had oatmeal but it is not really a breakfast. It also had a weird smell and we found one roach on the ground.

The location was convenient for my purpose.
The carpet was gross. The room felt grungy and cleaned, but not clean. The breakfast was a joke.

Great staff, rooms are ok, nice hotel
The “breakfast” is just coffee and instant oatmeal packages, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Low price. Free parking. Near downtown. Nice manager
The breakfast is extremely meager--oatmeal and muffins and coffee. Not even juice or a banana. Room was dirty. Little kitchen with no cooking utensils.
