The staff was friendly, informative and professional. The room was surprisingly large and had a spectacular view of the lake. The pantry/store was super convenient and well stocked.
Unfortunately, there were more cons than pros causing me to cut my stay short. I hate providing negative reviews and hope this will help improve people's stays as I really do normally enjoy Hilton hotels. Minor Concerns: My room was pretty dated, the showers are very hard to turn on without the instructions from the front desk, the room had an adjourned door and was so thin that we could hear each other's entire conversations and the refrigerator cabinet door was a little banged up causing it not to close all the way. Major Concerns: The bugs and lack of cleanliness. In the back of lobby, by the conference rooms, there were piles of dirt and debris that looked like it was swept by not discarded. It was by the door on a windy and busy day so I kind of understood that. My room looked clean but when I woke up to a roach hanging above my head on the ceiling. While packing to leave there was another roach and spiders found. Spiders I understand. Multiple roaches, I do not.

The view was absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Had to share the balcony with the adjoining room. There was a smell to the entire hotel, but I believe it's just because it's old.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Room was decent but the ac had to be turned way down to get it a comfortable temp.
The hotel needs some updating for sure!! We tried to use the pool but there were 2 families that had their stuff all over the area so there were no chairs available.

Spacious room although we did upgrade.Restaurant had a varied menu with some healthier options.Location for is was ideal as our visit was all about Nasa. Plenty of parking although there is an additional cost for that.
The only slight gripe was the restaurant was cold as were most of the public areas.
