The room was very clean and was re-cleaned every day.

You will hear traffic passing by, but only loud vehicles like motorcycles or modded exhaust. My only other complaint would be the lack of lighting, but most rooms will be able to use sunlight to help out, my room was one of few that faced other rooms instead of the parking lot.

Random knocking on the door in the middle of the night, only to find no one there; seedy characters hanging around all hours of the day

We were woken up by people working but we understand that it is being renovated so we did no have much of an issue.

The room was clean when we arrived, and daily cleaning services were offered. We felt safe as there was always someone on-site at the hotel. It's conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to get to most places

The room could be more modern, and we weren't easily able to switch the TV to smart mode

The room was very clean, which I appreciated.

There were only 2 pillows on the bed. My husband needs two in order to sleep comfortably. There was no blanket only a sheet and a very thin decorative coverlet. If you set the air to be cool, you got cold in the night and turning the temperature up made the room stuffy. There was no happy medium.I know we were close to the 610 Loop but the traffic noise came from the side street. And other noises from the room next to us. Someone was popping popcorn at around 1:30 in the morning. We could hear it and smell it. Overall, not a restful night.

Great price and location to where I needed to be.Very clean.Smoking rooms available.Secure parking.No frills but clean,comfortable and quiet.

Getting into the parking lot is a little tricky and the traffic is non stop busy.It is in Houston so I suppose that can be expected no matter where you stay.
