- Exceptionally courteous and efficient staff. Hotel was spotless. Beautiful dining area for breakfast. Wonderful amenities for their guests.
- It was close and walkable to the Toyota center

Cons -
- I did not like the high room tax fees & parking fees and the fact it was Valet Parking ONLY. I realize parking is always a problem in big cities due to so few parking garages available, but $167 for 2 1/2 days of parking was really outrageous.
- Buffett could use 2 omelette makers and 4 waffle makers due to very long weights. Breakfast was great though.
- bathroom is tired and worn, needs an upgrade
