Fairly quiet. Location was decent for our purposes.

They are stingy with clean towels. If you miss housekeeping, you have to wait until the next day. Also, you¿re allotted two rolls of toilet paper a week. If you need more, you have to pay. The elevator was non-working in our building.

Leaving early on check out day

Manager and staff were combative after one of there m hired hanpunched the back end of my car due to the fact that the alarm went off

Abso lutely nothing pleasant to say. I was charged 277.36 for a $75.00 hotel room for one night. When disputing the transaction I was told I will not be refunded bc they do not see the extra charges. My bank sure does! DO NOT RECOMMEND

How clean it was.

The walls are way to thin. The people next door woke use up way to early with crying playing kids. People hanging outside, people live there full time should definitely separate those people from the people that only visiting one night.

Shady people living here. Stinks of cigar smoke, people outside with loud music,smoking weed. Gates open for anyone to come & go. Was scared for our lives . Live roach in room. Curtains hanging half off window. Disgusting place! The staff was very nice.

The front desk guy took my payment and told me my card was declined, I'm showing him on my mobile app I see he's got my funds and he continues to try and get money

I asked for a refund once I saw the room and they did not refund. I didn't even stay there. It was horrible. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location

When we arrived we thought we had a sofa bed, when took cushions off there was a sofa bed but they had it locked down and we couldn't use. My children wanted to play on basketball court but there were no goals on pole.

My room was close to the exit

Advertised a smoking room online and confirmation was for the same. When I arrived they said they had no smoking rooms.

dead roaches in the bathroom - squashed, so you know somebody killed it and didnt clean it up.

Location was the only positive about this hotel

It appears this facility has been turned into a low income housing project. There are many families living here. I think it is deceiving to advertise as a hotel when families are living here, loitering outside all hours of day and night.

Couches in breeze way, ac units around dirty pool not a chair around the pool. Smells so bad you got sick walking the hallways. Mattress and furniture in hallways! Nasty place! Checked out early!

The noise level from a family next door was loud. Try to contact customer service and no one answered.

I enjoyed the part when I was leaving.

The location is not the best, many people hanging around outside in different areas. This is an extended stay, so it's some people's home. They definitely need a full time grounds keeper to clean up the place and update the rooms. Old and scary is the best way to describe this hotel.

It was clean and comfortable and accommodating for small children

It was difficult to find the right building to enter to get to your room. We were given a room number but there were numbers on the buildings so we did not know which building to enter. All we were told was just park and enter in the back.

Horrible place, don’t go here

It was horrible, rooms look nothing like the pictures. Connecting rooms where you can even lock the connected door. Homeless man sleeping in the stairwell where we HAD to walk because the elevator was out of order.

Not pleasant. Definitely only slept and not hung out in my room

Front desk double charged me for my room after confirming that I was only paying the 50.00 deposit. Asked him directly that’s all he is charging and the next hour when I went to dinner with my folks my card wouldn’t work. Come to find out he charged me the deposit and my fee for my stay even though I booked my stay with a third party. The shower didn’t work. The shower head was old and eroded.
