Hyatt Place North Arlington Grand Prairie

The staff were very friendly. They were extremely short staffed.

The hotel room I was in smelled mildewed. I informed staff but hotel was completely booked. They informed me staff would come clean. The only thing the did was spray a carpet freshener I had to ask front desk for cleaning supplies and vacuum to clean

Disappointed. Instructions said to call if arriving late. Called to check in, showed up at hotel and lost reservation because I was marked as a no show

We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first was so beat up. The faucet handle fell off, then the towel rack broke. The a/c was so loud. The next room was better but I wouldn¿t rate it 4 stars!

Location

The rooms need to be updated. The electrical outlets did not hold .y charger. The room did not have many outlets readily available either. The desk outlet was hanging.

Yea the 15 dollar deposit that wasn¿t given back to me. And having to evacuate at 5 am for a false fire alarm

Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Danielle. Breakfast was good. Anything we requested, the staff provided.

The carpet in room 318 needs to either be professionally cleaned or replaced. Our socks were sticking to the carpet. Some of your customers who arrived Saturday night were unruly by settingoff the fire alarm, running up and down the halls knocking doors.

Evening Desk clerk was very attentive but was unable to do anything to resolve the problem I reported.

High pitched LOUD humming noise lasted all night. Full hotel prevented moving to a new room, fell asleep at 4:30am. Day management offered a $20 discount and said the problem was the pool equipment and all rooms adjacent had the problem. BAD EXPERIENCE.

The front counter staff are VERY personable! The room is modern with a nice seating area for the couchbed and semi-separate two bed area.

My only drawback is the two beds are doubles instead of queens. The bathroom is small too. But the water got hot quick and and the bed was comfy enough.

It was clean and quiet.

The pool wasn't open yet. Construction made it difficult to get to from the highway.

It was quiet and the room was clean.

It was a little difficult to get to, because of construction. However, that is not the hotel's fault.

The best part about my hotel room was that it was immaculate, and quiet to my liking. I got fresh towels on demand. The complimentary breakfast didn't hurt either

Money well spent. Room was nice, clean, and the staff was very helpful snd friendly. Thanks for STILL having a great service.

I would have liked a microwave but found one downstairs was okay.

The Hotel itself is extremely clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and friendly ! Hotel was full but we still felt comfortable ;) Great Breakfast options ;) Well Done ¿¿¿¿ Thank you

The Construction is not the hotels fault however the location is not the safest and no restaurants no shopping within safe walking distance :( Only restaurants Wendys and Cracker Barrel require you to walk across a busy highway overpass?Warehouse view

The hotel was very clean, the staff was super nice, the room was amazing and the breakfast was also very yummy!

I landed late I was very much tired and ready to lay down on my way to the hotel I thought to myself I hope check-in goes smoothly...Soon as I walked in Erika greeted me and my child with a warm welcome and made all my worries disappear

Well the guy that was working Sunday(12-19-2021) night i didn't catch his name was also helpful with some problems I had ran into.. NOTHING BAD DIDNT HAVE ROOM IN THE POSTIVE BOX..You guys need more space for the good comments

The staff was very nice

The carpets in the hallways and rooms were dirty. It smelled in the room. I cleaned our room with cleaning agents. The toilet had minerals in it.

the kids loved the pool

had to sit in hot room for about three hours.because ac was not working

Very friendly and accommodating staff!!!!! The room was comfortable.

Carpets were dirty throughout the facility, shower did not drain and I ended up standing in about 5/8" of dirty water. Someone used their dirty shoe to press the elevator button and it stayed that way for the 2 days I was there. Artwork falling apart.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the location to the ballpark was perfect.

The beds - squeaky and uncomfortable. Everything else was good:)

The room was nice & spacious. Staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful & welcoming. We stayed 2 nights and was greeted each rine we entered the building and left for the day. I have already recommended this hotel to friends for when they are in the area.

There was a refrigerator but not a microwave in the room. However there was a microwave on the 1st floor of the hotel located in the breakfast lobby.
