Clean and convenient

Parking was a little sketchy.

Yes, my toilet wouldn't flush and they don't have maintenance people at night , so I had to suffer.

Told something was going to be done and then not follow through. My room was not cleaned when it needed to be wasn’t never even cleaned prior to be arriving

Every single one of the staff without exception. From the housekeepers, front desk attendants to the brand new breakfast girl, were all very helpful a very customer oriented.

The free breakfast was lacking. Not a very big selection and unfortunately what was there wasn't that great. But, we are presented with an option to go right next door to IHOP where we would get a 10% discount as hotel guests.

Just mainly the cleaning . I have the video and picture. I found a bed bug and I have to call the staff at the front desk to change the room. I was initially told that all rooms were booked and later got me another room. I felt terribly disappointed.

The room was nice and clean.

The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 4th floor, very inconvenient. The water pressure for the shower and toilet was poor at best. We could see the hotel but struggled to find the driveway, terrible entrance! Not enough parking spots.

Smelled and looked clean , safer than Dallas and all the staff was very nice. I?m definitely staying again

Hotel employee was wonderful! She was so helpful and was so personable.

We didn?t have a Tv that worked all weekend despite us saying something multiple times and be assured it would be fixed the next morning after we arrived.

The elevator went off line the washer and dryer was out of order the sheet or bath towels were not changed the whole time I was there and they had the Room in my wife's name, not mine

It was a clean place to sleep, comfortable bed.

Live TV was not working, coffee grounds in the coffee, 3rd floor room was right outside of the elevator so I heard the ding ding all one night, did not hear it the 2nd night due to elevator not working!! and no clean towels at the front desk

The staff weren?t very informative. Just checked you in and gave you the key. Didn?t even give you directions to the elevator. Another one was rude because i asked for a receipt during check out! Staring ?oh my God?

The fact that I was able to check in early was a huge huge help to us during our stay also to be able to walk into a cold room was just so calming after the crazy hot weather we had been in

The parking was the only thing i did not like it was nothing to serious but i very conscious with my vehicle and like parking were I can see it at all time and the parking lot is so little I was not able to keep an eye out and had to park @ IHOP parking

The floor was concrete, no carpet and was told about this at check in

Staff was very nice

It is extremely dated, they dont have dont have hair dryers. I asked about the do not disturb sign and they said they dont use them. I said I didnt want service and she said she would notate but at 8:10 the next morning house keeping knocked on door.

Nothing. Horrible experience.

Everything. Bed and sofa were loud and uncomfortable. Walls were thin, we could hear neighbors and elevator. Roach in rr. Towels had a bad odor. Last night we were locked out of our room for about an hour. I fell asleep in my car.

I realized that I left my room key in my room so I asked the front desk employee about getting a new one all he did was ask me for my room number he didn't ask me for my name or id and he gave me the key ..... now the bad part about this is that I'm on th

Entire experience was horrible. Not clean, shaky elevator, stains everywhere, and no refund!

Close to ATT Stadium, IHOP literally next door since there was no breakfast at the Hotel like mentioned.

The hotel is under renovations so there was no hot breakfast, only bagels toast and coffee. The one elevator working was horrible, shook and doors wouldn't open right away. No issues with Front Desk, didn't need any additional help.
