It was not as nice as thedouble tree we previously stayed at in dallas this one seemed run down

Bed was extremely comfortable.

I could have walked across the street and bought snacks in less time for less money. The checkout process was incredibly slow.

We called before booking & were told there was a shuttle for $40pp to Globe Life Field. Upon arrival, the clerk denied there was a shuttle and said they never had one. We saw a sign up sheet and dozens of people waiting for the shuttle. So what gives?

Greeted with warm delicious cookies. Front desk staff was nice. Beds were comfy and the room was nice and not dated. Parking was convenient.

Nice stay. I have no complaints.

Location

No free breakfast and the fact I waited 30min when I first checked in to get into my room cause something was wrong with my door entry.

Nice lobby and nice helpful staff

Did not seem clean even upon first arrival. Bathroom floors still seemed dirty, carpet stains all over the room, air conditioner didn’t appear to ever change from one temp.

Both our rooms were very musty/moldy smelling. 1 of our room the air conditioner wasn't working. Been staying here for yrs and this is the 1st time it's been loke this.

Location, in an area where I could walk in the surrounding neighborhood (for exercise).

Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The need to request housekeeping services needed. The in-room coffee maker was broken and had to be replaced, which they did, upon my request.

They overcharged (more than double the amount spent) my credit card and I still didn?t get my money back. No contact email available. The first room in 3rd floor had terrible mold smell. They kindly moved us to ground floor but the room was smaller. 3*

Location. Quiet. Comfortable.

Hair was in towels. Ice machines did not work. Fridge in room was not cold.

Did not like being uncharged that was a surprise, wish the breakfast was free had to go to wafflehouse due to high cost if food not worth it.

Room was flooded by AC unit. Had to ask for body wash and shampoo. Had to change rooms due to AC issues.

Pool was closed for maintenance; not previously disclosed at time of booking. 90+ degrees in DFW; I selected this hotel based on having an operable pool.

Beds were very comfortable and nice large shower with good water pressure.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. All in all I would stay there again.

There were a few maintainence issues I noticed that should be addressed. Loose plugs and door stop loose in the room. Also the shower door opened next to the toilet making it a little difficult to get in and out of.

Friendliness and attentiveness of staff Location

Somewhat dated and not as clean as you think a hotel of this rating would be. Several light bulbs out in the room upon checkin. Had to wait until the following day to get them changed. Staff was courteous and made sure it was addressed.
