There was no hot water the hole night, I don't like cold showers. You could see outside the room from where they took off the old lock there was a space you could look through to see outside.

Towels, wash clothes, lotion, soap, toilet paper, soft sheets

Old paint, damaged door, dirty tile, dirty baseboards, stains on the wall, old curtains.

No safety door lock, burn bedding covers covered with spots, leaking shower, tub looked dirty

The choice of tv channels.

I specifically booked this hotel even though it was further away than others because of the pool! It was closed my entire stay- extremely disappointed!!!

The bathroom could¿ve used a good cleaning. Rust stains everywhere.

The cleaning staff was exceptional. Immediately provided every request we asked. We felt very safe at the location, easy access to all major highways. Grounds were very clean. Breakfast area was clean & well stocked. The "Texas" waffle griddle was gre

Motel infrastructure is very dated and needs upgrades, i.e.toilet seat,showerhead [corroded],bathtub[seriously stained]. Pillows way too small.

Closeness to the event we were attending.

Name it. Place is a mess. No ice, pool nasty, stained towels, poor A/C, etc¿¿.

It was in the town I planned to visit.

Everything. The hotel has a bad vibe with no willingness to help someone feel safe.I should have read all the reviews including those on other travel sites. This place has painted the outside and not done much inside.

Price; Room, though dated and rundown, was clean.

No batteries in remote; Unable to use television. WIFI was virtually non-existent. Ended up using my personal hotspot to access the internet.

Nothing was good

The room was not clean. The sheets had a stain and also the covers had a spot like it was burned

It was quick and easy to get the room

The cleanness was not that great. The door inside that shares to the other room next to us did not lock so that was not ideal to deal with and they had no towels at all to use when showering or drying your hands. Had to go down and ask for some.

There were not cockroaches

The customer service was exceptional, I had left my driver's license in the office and the gentleman called me to let me know I left it there it was very nice of him also the batteries in my remote were bad and they came up there and changed them for me!

The hot water wasn't really hot and the shower did not work.

Heat and air unit did not work neither did the television. Floor tile was coming up. Holes in the sheets. Hair in bathroom floor. The lamps had no bulbs. The breakfast consisted of only coffee store bought danish and 2 cereals with no milk.

Close to location

No hot water, no tv service, front desk clerk was rude. Sheets were stained, the bath tub had mold it was disgusting ¿¿ Price rate of hotel not worth paying over $--- and pet fee should have been free

Nothing I won¿t ever go back

Everything no ice Bucket when I asked I was told no they must not have enough Went to use the phone to call office no cord on phone door would not lock from outside pop machine empty snack machine empty overall just not a good place

The location was perfect and for the most part it was very quiet.

Because the rooms have no carpet,( which was great, no allergies or mold smells ) the sound of the people above you is extra loud.

I had read a lot of bad reviews and was worried about the condition of the hotel. We arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and updated nicely. The property was well kept and the pool and Hot tub looked pristine. Staff was friendly.

A couple lamp shades were broken in the room and there wasn¿t a hot breakfast as advertised.
