Tru by Hilton Grand Prairie Dallas

Unfortunately, there is nothing positive that I can say about this hotel, location, or staff.

I requested a full refund based the criminal acts of grand theft of the catalytic converter from my truck. I parked my truck in front of the hotel, in front of the security cameras. Management refused to cooperate with PD and refused a refund.

it was clean, plenty of parking. the breakfast was pretty good. The staff was helpful.

I arrived at 12:30pm after driving 20 hours from VA. I called the hotel to ask if the room was ready. I was told I would be charged $30 to check in any time before 3:00 even thought the room was ready. Ridiculous! Breakfast ends too early.

Fairly clean and friendly employees

I agree with one of the other reviews I read, absolutely horrible squirt soap in bath. ALSO, and probably won't stay there again because of this the computer for the so called business center HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS!! Ridiculous!!!!!!

Friendly staff

Terrible coffee in the lobby. No closet to put clothes. The worst smelling squirt soap I¿ve ever smelled in the shower!

Breakfast was pretty weak, coffee is terrible but, the main problem is they have no computer!!!

Price was way too expensive for this hotel and area. Breakfast was very medium, only eggs with peppers, would prefer the amount option without. Bathroom and towels had lots of hair. I was Leary about the cleanliness so I slept on top of the linens.

It was CLEAN. And the food was a bit different (and better) than the standard hotel fare. I liked the vibe.

The room smelled like dog. I have stayed at pet friendly hotels before with no issue, but at Tru, the room smelled like dog. There was no coffee pot in the rooms.

Liked the simplicity of the room. The t.v. was excellent and the breakfast was hot.

Walls are thin and you could hear every piece of foot traffic.

Our stay was great, clean room, bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great too.

The quietness and you get to sleep peaceful and the smell in the air was very pleasant.

I didn¿t like the fact that some. Of the people behind the counter we¿re not knowledgeable about the hotel and the way how things work around there if you were in the Hilton Honors Member. They still were knowledgeable about how things worked around there

Clean, close to area of need and convenient.

There was a two day party going on with a wedding party and it was impossible to sleep and management didn¿t calm it down much.

I was able to use my Netflix.
