Room was too cold thermostat not working

Cleanliness

They didn’t have a waffle maker nor real orange juice or apple juice the cearl were stall and milk not cold

I have stayed in the hotel several times. It is starting to get run down. I repaired the toilet, wouldn?t flush. Coffee pot needs to be cleaned

Very friendly and helpful staff

Too many bugs in the rooms (roaches and crickets). Old furniture. Shower heads don?t work.

Front desk staff was great. Had an issue with the TV remote which we were able to correct thanks to the genuine concern and helpfulness of the woman who was manger on duty. She was great.

The location was great.

There was literally poop on the toilet seat lid and handle. Towels were not clean, shower didn't drain. The wifi on the tvs didn't work so my wife and I had to use up all of our mobile Hotspot. Under cooked waffles. Offered refund yet didn't receive one.

Quick easy check in, the room was clean and the beds were okay. The room was quite didn't hear anyone .

The carpets were dirty but other then that everything else was clean.

The night representative quickly placed me in another room since the first room was very cold. The gentleman was very friendly

1st room didn't have working heater. 3 light fixtures didn't work. Room was dark. Was awakened at 4:00 am by someone that was trying to get into the new room that I was placed in. This room was very dusty and not swept.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.

There was ample evidence that housekeeping is subpar including the remote, coins, and debris under the bed skirt. Fingerprints were plentiful, as well. The hallway stank of marijuana.

The location is great. And finally breakfast was available at 4am for those of us who have to leave for work or home early. That was a pleasant surprise!

The alarm clock did not work. And the light bulb in the mini fridge was out. Nothing major.

Staff was very nice & accommodating and the beds were comfortable.

They didn't have the correct room we had purchased so they put us in a "spare" used for emergencies. It was missing some light bulbs and since it was a handicapped room the bathroom had no counter space. For the price it was livable.

Convenient location.

The oilfield workers that stay here routinely have been very hard on this hotel. The parking lot is filthy, the floors in the hotel are filthy. The workers are loud.

The beds were very comfortable and TV channels were nice

AC froze over so our AC was not working for all 3 nights we stayed. Reservation said hot breakfast, however no eggs, bacon or anything other than a waffle maker. Housekeeping didn't come on Sunday. Front desk was really hard to reach. More issues too

Still have not opened breakfast even though Gov opened the state back up on Mar 11th

I like the location and amenities

When I booked again, I thought I would get the same accommodations. Instead With a three floor building and possibly less than 20 occupants, I got a handicap adjoined room next to a very noisy neighbors. Would have liked to have been spaced out.

the rooms are clean and the staff is so friendly

there's no signal. I had to of course log in to the wifi. but had to go outside to use my phone.

Congenial staff, spatialness of room, breakfast

They cater almost exclusively to oil field workers who rise at 3 a.m. and on and are extremely noisy, and many are loud during late evening also. We suggest a separate floor (upper) to be allocated to non-oil workers. Then we would recommend high highly.
