This hotel was horrible, our room was completely filthy, had to change rooms and that room was also filthy. And on top of that they charged me 20 dollars to change the room even though I had pics

The sheets appeared to be clean.

Bathroom was extremely dirty. Wad of black hair on toilet. Water spots on mirror and bathroom faucet had months worth of scum build-up. Broken refrigerator that almost fell over when i opened the door. No TV. No breakfast as advertised. Not even coffee.

Staff was very polite and helpful

When I first got checked into the room the room was a nightmare very disappointed then the manager moved me to a better room

The management the lady was rude and there weren¿t any towels nor were there drinks in the soda machine.

Room was not fully clean. Toilet and bathroom sink were dirty as well as the tub. It wasn't completely vacuum. Bed on the sheets were not changed daily.

There was a door to the room.

Mold.Rat poop on floor and counter.Unplugged fridge smelled so bad. Couch was mildewed. And the smell that hit you when entering the room was horrid. Other than that I highly recommend the place.

I didn¿t like anything

Everything was Poor-the worst was the room it¿s was filthy ,I didn¿t not stay there ,,I asked the manager not to charge me since I did even spend 5 min ,it¿s was the most discussed situation ever,

Quick check in. Spacious king room. Clean. Quiet but convenient area.

only 1 towel for 2 people, only 1 coffee packet for 2 people and no sweetener or cream. Toilet not secure to floor and dirty at floor. Roaches in bathroom

We booked this hotel based on positive reviews that were posted online and what we experienced was far from that. The room was dirty, there were live and dead roaches throughout and we found evidence of bedbugs. We left an hour after checking in

Very peaceful, perfect location

Need a better choice for continental breakfast, coffee very strong, nothing to put on bagels only butter.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the room had modern amenities. The bed was comfortable. For the price it was a really decent hotel. Granit counter tops, Apt. size refrigerator, two burner cook-top, kitchen sink, King size bed, sofa...Staff super nice

Location was 14 miles off the highway and out of my way but for the price it was worth the lovely drive through the rolling hills.

The hotel is new so the rooms are in great shape, we were surprised that the had kitchenettes in them. The price was well worth it.

The only bad thing was that we found roaches in the room. We told the management about it and they said they're going to take care of it. The breakfast bar could use more variety as well.

Kitchen with no utensils or cook ware,horrible internet.and a warehouse dolly instead of luggage doly!!
