It was clean; staff was friendly and helpful; good breakfast choices

Hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The restroom door to my door did not fully close.

You can not see the hotel from the hyway we missed the street and had to double back.

The guy who checked us in was a great, welcoming personality!

The refillable toiletries were empty or very near empty. This seems to be a problem with that system throughout hotels at the mid level

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

I didn¿t care for the way the pool was situated in the back and in the dark. I felt it was pretty unsafe since you had to go out of the building in a dark area to get to the pool.

Not very clean room, the phone was disconnected, TV very old and small.

Convenient

Extremely hot/humid in the hallways. No one around, no cleaning. Very few towels along with no soaps.

The beds are falsely advertised as queen. Heater was loud and rickety which didn't properly heat room. Couldn't sleep well. Front desk clerk was Argumentive rude and disrespectful; hence RATCHET! Worse Hampton Inn we have ever experienced!

Size of the room, room decor and kitchenette

There was a hair left in the shower ( long hair) . Pillows were cheap and flat!

Reported to the front desk that I had flea¿s crawling on me and they were quick to give me another room because of it

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to. Arrived late in the evening, and the check-in staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, especially as it is located on the interstate.

Not one thing.

The water pressure was intentionally regulated to such a low flow that it was insufficient to perform basic tasks, which is unsanitary.

It was very easy to find and the staff was friendly.

House keeping could have been better. There was still dirt on the floor (yes actual chunks of dirt).

Although the room was small, they maximized the space very well. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

We drove up at night and the whole outside was well lit and very clean. We felt very safe. We walked in to a TEXAS greeting and fresh baked cookies. Very quick and welcoming sign in and got a cup of strawberry flavored water.

We loved everything about it. The only thing I wish they had was an inside hot tub. The pool was very nice and we will take a swim once summer is back!
