I booked it for my wife, she said staff was kind and helpful, rooms were clean.

Hallway had an Oder, and the breakfast was the worst part about the stay.. correct these, and it would be perfect

Willingness of staff to accommodate our needs. Needed specific handy cap room and the made sure we got it.

The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and there were crickets in the room. The air circulation is bad too. Overall not worth the money at all, I will be staying at comfort inn again from now on.

This hotel it worth a max of $--- a night. The ac in our hotel room was in desperate need of service or being replaced. It was 75 in our room the whole night.

Employee that checked us in didnt write us down in the correct room so another customer came into our room at 1030 at night thinking it was theirs and woke us up. Not happy about that experience.

Breakfast was bad. Offered waffles and microwave Breakfast taco & sausage bisquick. We're use to a hot Breakfast at our Choice hotel chain. I'm hoping all hotels get on board with folks eating restrictions and offer lactaid and gluten free OPTIONS SOON!

all things in the bathroom seemed very cheap.... The soap/shampoo samples were too small.

I absolutely love that they allow pets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful when needed and left us alone the rest of the time. Perfect!

The toilet paper was extremely thin and the holder only allowed you to get 1 square at a time. We had to bring in our own.

Odd location, but not a big deal.

The person who was at the front desk on Monday morning at 4:45 am went above and beyond helping me. He took the time to get me hot water from the back since the thermos labeled hot water was more like luke warm. The kitchen was set to open yet.

The door opening into the restroom makes it difficult to use the sink without closing the door when trying to air it out after a hot shower.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. This hotel is very clean, the breakfast has just enough variety and the location was perfect for me. I plan on coming back for future visits. For the money, you can't beat this hotel.

Our child left his favorite toy under the bed. We called the hotel later that day, from miles away. They shipped it overnight to our home! Thank you so much.

Staff and location were excellent. Room was quiet.

Room was very dark and dingy with gray walls. Multiple stains on sofa that made us afraid to sit on it. The soles of our feet were black after walking in the room. Yech!
