Great customer service . All around cleaness . Great hot breakfast. Nice pool area. Great location! * I forgot my service pet papers, but they allowed us to stay, anyway!! We will be repeat customers

Could have extra complementary shampoo and conditioner.

The whole experience was horrible.check in time was not honored, room was actually nit very clean, no towels had to go to front desk or get towel. The hotel only has two girls doing the rooms. Our room was not clean the second day day.

Front desk staff Jessica in morning shift is very rude and I was denied a receipt.

The hair dryer in the room was not working correctly. It pulled my hair in through the intake and damaged a small amount if my hair.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite filling with a wide variety.

Apparently, the hotel pool is used by locals to party in the evenings. People were pulling ice coolers out of the back of pick-up trucks and handing them over the fence. It made the pool uninviting for guests.

The first room they put me in the heater was broke they moved me to a different room the toilet was broke the beds were as hard as a rock I would like a refund

It was a nice hotel and it was close to where my family is living.

Not once did housekeeping come up to our room because they claim they did not know we were there. The person who checked us in did not put us in the system.I had to show my reservation to verify. We were there 3 days before they knew we were there.

Had a great stay. Hotel recently remodeled. Staff was always super friendly, very helpful.

Had a problem the first night with people on the floor above us, jumping and stomping around till 10:30 at night, finally let the front desk know the situation and it was handled

Bed was not very comfortable

Bed was bad and shower head leaked sprayed water all over floor. Were out of most snacks and drinks for you to purchase

Staff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean bathrooms

Had to wait for 10 min until room was ready and it was 415 in afternoon check in was 3. Breakfast- eggs and bacon cold. No information in rooms about hotel, area eateries, nothing but a phone book and bible.
