Hyatt Place Fort Worth-Alliance Town Center

The room was nice. No complaints very spacious

We traveled there from Houston for a wedding. We arrived after 12 midnight and were exhausted. There was a lady training a black guy. He was nice but she was extremely rude and didn't care. She was argumentative and very sarcastic with responses

great location lots of eating choices

No ice machines. You are allowed 1 bucket of ice daily at the front desk. I travel for work but have specific dietary needs so I bring a small ice chest and this presented a problem.

Shower was awesome plenty of hot water room was very clean and staff was so friendly I will stay here again and the star bucks on site was fabulous!!

Hot breakfast to say the least we went elsewhere pancakes where rubbery eggs and sausage cold we opt out to eat elsewhere after 1 try at it but every thing else was fantastic

Breakfast

Staff were as helpful as they were in the old days

There waa not a microwave in the room.

Room had tiny little black, flying bugs and bodily fluid on sheep

The bodily fluids on bedding

Location

Room was dirty

Not much of a traveler. In for the night, gone the next morning. VERY near my place of appointment. Great place to stay & sleep. TV had Channel devoted to Super Hero flicks. What can I say I'm a nerd.

Nothing to dis-like. Had no issues with anything at all. The only thing negative I might have to say is I have nothing negative to say. OH, No Free Breakfast Buffet. There.

In a great area. We were traveling across country and had to leave quite a bit of our stuff in the car, but was in a great area and had no issue. It was clean, bed was comfortable, in a good location near restaurants (5 min drive), & very affordable compared to other places.

Location, view was fun, nice employees (Room Attendants)

Breakfast was very vague! Different selection staying a week would of been nice. Sausage, Ham Etc......The bed was not very soft, both hubby and I had a hard time sleeping!

Very clean and beds were comfortable. Convenient location to I-35

The room was very nice & clean! The location was in a wonderful spot close enough but far enough from the main strip. & close to many restaurants & shops

Waited at the bar for 30 minutes & no bar Tider came outThe lady next to us was waiting even long. We ended up leaving to get drinks somewhere else

Great room, clean, comfortable bed, couch in the room was a plus.

The bar was lacking basic ingredients, probably should just advertise beer and wine.

Did not have breakfast

The overnight hotel staff member was not nice, not helpful. The check out staff was not friendly, not helpful when asked questions about Hotel information. Overall our stay was pleasant for the hotel and area.Would book again regardless of unfriendly staff. Thank you.

Location, surrounded by a lot of dining, shopping, night life.

The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were nice. A little small for a family of 5, but we made do.

Breakfast wasn't included

so quiet and relaxing! very clean also staff were also very nice and sweet!

Great location for what I was here for. Staff was great and it was clean and comfortable

I’ll be back

There was some confusion upon my leaving…charges were not suppose to be on bill …but manager resolved it very quickly…very nice hotel …
