The staff was the most friendliest clean hotel nice environment the best experience since Covid

The staff were kind and helpful. I loved the smell of the hotel as soon as we came in to the hotel!

The carpets in the rooms are very thin and could be steam cleaned.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had rooms with two doubles and a pull out. The room was large. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The kids enjoyed it.

The safe was broken and one of the blinds wouldn?t work. There was also some cosmetic things in the bathroom.

Check in was great.. staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Room was clean and housekeeping helped with a bad hairdryer and made sure we had plenty of fresh towels in our room.

Staff is great! Everyone is so kind, Love the area! Breakfast is great. Everything is close by.

You can hear everyone and everything.. need to update their carpet and shower door. I know sounds picky but just a little upgrade and this hotel would be great ,perfect! It was clean but definitely no detailed cleaning is being done.

Shorter hours for breakfast Jacuzzi spa broken

From the time I checked in,the young man from Congo was extremely friendly and helpful.He went above and beyond to accommodate me.

The location wasn't ideal for restaurants.

The room was large and spacious for our family of 6. The breakfast area was excellent!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed having breakfast every morning. The breakfast was good and fresh.

This hotel is starting to show it's age. We changed rooms twice due to wet carpet around the A/C units. Shower head needs replacing, washer was out of order in the laundry room, pool was ice cold, jacuzzi was out of order.

The staff was great and the breakfast was amazing.

We stayed in this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and it was closed. The room was clean, however you could tell that things had been 'fixed' and it was very obvious that it was not actually fixed the correct way. Mildew/mold in bathroom.

Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a plus!!

Spa wasn't working

Room was nice, bed & shower were great!!! Location is very good too.

Upon arrival, I was awake for 36 straight hours. I was ready to pass out. I arrived before the official check-in time & the front desk made me wait 45 long minutes to get my room. I requested a wake-up call that never came too. Glad I didn't miss flig

I reserved a 2 queen bed with sofa room but it was given to someone with a name similar to mine! We did get a 2 queen bed room so we made due!

It was the best and cleanest hotel I have stayed in during past three years during the pandemic and the staff was good especially the young lady who checked us in she was excellent and very helpful any time in Ft.Worth area it will be Hampton Inn

The front desk staff we friendly and helpful.

We were informed that Due to Covid there would be no housekeeping services. The continental breakfast consisted of a paper sack with a muffin and granola bars. The swimming pool area was extremely dark and had an overpowering smell of chlorine.

The hotel was very nice. I was hesitant at first because of the awesome price but I am so glad that I took that chance. Great hotel, friendly staff, great spot, unbeatable price! I will def book here again when I go towards the fort worth area.

There was absolutely nothing here to hate!!

The room was very comfortable. The bed, pillows and linens were premium bedding and we rested well. The bathroom is great with a big vanity and a big shower. There were nice amenities in the room including a mini fridge and a coffee maker.
