The customer is at a huge disadvantage not having a staff available. This hotel is a great concept but needs to rethink staffing needs. An answering service should be available.

Cons -

Outlets are hard to find to plug anything in or hidden in spots, floors are very slick being scouted concrete. Bar staff was excellent! Left my charger and couldnÂ¿t get back in and no one answered the front desk at 12:00 pm. Hope no one has any issues.
