SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Historic Stockyards

Location.

The parking. Self parking lot filled up did not have room for guest of the hotel that had paid for parking. Had to take time go to the front desk ask where to park then deal with the parking attendant. Was a hassle and a waste of time.

Location was close to what we wanted to see.

Parking and we did not get the room we reserved.

LOCATION!!! It was exactly what we wanted because we could walk to every place we wanted to be. Front desk staff was super friendly.

Nice to have breakfast, but when the four choices of coffee (bold, bold, bold and decaf) ran out, they didn't make more. No matter the time. Also, housekeeping never checked or restocked anything that should be obvious: toilet paper, body wash, etc.

The location is great, the restaurant on top is plus. It¿s a great hotel all around and I¿ve stayed and serval hotel all over

I don¿t like when they don¿t give a view of the streets but that¿s personal preference for me

The walls are paper thin! Adjoining room partied all night and  calls to front desk just made it worse. No one wearing masks  inn elevator or in common area. Essentially no comment from  managerer  when I talked with him. Bathrooms are tiny.

Great location with a super nice staff. Loved that the room didn’t smell like a pet and wasn’t full of pet hair. Rooms are clean and cozy.

Breakfast and coffee were bland but not a deal breaker. Rooftop restaurant needs a dessert menu. Parking should be complimentary for Marriott members.

The staff is amazing! I travel in my job and stay at the suites 2x or more a week. They remember you with a “good morning” daily. The breakfast (free) has many options. The ladies working are welcoming with speedy service. GM is terrific as well!

Not at all!

The location. Down the street you have the stockyards to go walking and lots of restaurants to choose from. On the other end is the medical locations. Which is why we were there to begin with. All within minutes.

This property was built in 2018, so it's newer. Lost of restaurants nearby and the location is about 15 minutes from the convention center. They also serve a hot breakfast.

No, staff was very friendly!

I loved the location of the hotel and the “new”ness of the hotel. It was a beautiful hotel.

We had a horrible experience with breakfast! There was a line that looped around the dining area all the way to the lobby. Nobody was really telling anyone what was going on and the line wasn’t moving at all. We ended up leaving to go eat elsewhere.

They did not clean my room the first or third day, and the second day they did not rplace the coffee supplies and left the the used filter in the machine. Also they charge $10/night for parking

only one exterior door in or out

The hotel was super clean. The room was pretty updated and clean. The location is right in the Stockyards strip so perfect if you're looking to go there to hit up the bars but I wouldn't really recommend it for a family.

I was not a fan of the sofa in our room - very uncomfortable and hard. On our second night there was a mariachi literally outside our window on the first floor patio and it went on for about an hour (this was past midnight).

Very, very nice room. Excellent design - actually one of the best I've stayed in in awhile. Great location, too (for me, on this particular trip).

VERY loud neighbors on all sides of me. Loud music playing until literally 4:00 a.m. People yelling in hallway at 3:00 a.m. No, I didn't bother to complain - they would have had too many people to deal with!

Staff is great, clean facility

You have to pay for parking which is ridiculous considering the size of lot(huge) and amount of guests (not many )

Parking fee of $10. The desk chair was very uncomfortable.

The staff from valet, front desk and restaurant were super friendly and professional, true Texan hospitality! The hotel is in a great location and very new, don’t miss the opportunity to stay here if you’re visiting the area.

Excellent hotel but parking is too costly at 5.00 per night and there is not enough parking.

I did not like having to pay 5.00 per night to park my vehicle when I paid for my stay.
