Management was extremely rude to my friend who was also staying there. My b friend has facial tattoos and was stopped and questioned by this lady and wasn't allowed to return to his room because she didn't believe he was a guest because of the way he look

One of the staff, possibly housekeeping, was incredibly rude. Did not wear a mask at all. Accused me of not telling the we haddogs when we checked in, which we did. Then as I was leaving sshshe asked if I smoked in the room. Said n, shE said are u sure?

The housekeeping manager who also happens to be related to the owner is abrasive and made my stay miserable! She barged in my room with her key and insisted on "checking" my room , then proceeded to tell me i have too many guests(3) and was RUDE.

The lady that worked there was talking crap about disabled people(I am in a wheelchair) and to tried to tell me they didn't have any accessible rooms even though the room I reserved was a accessible room.

It is very clean compared to other hotels near by

It is a motel 6 so don't expect the Moon, that being said it's obviously undergone a fairly recent remodel and is one of the nicest motel 6 I have ever seen. The staff was friendly enough the room was comfortable and the lobby elevator and hallways were clean and no bad odors. It's about as good as you can expect from a motel 6 I would definitely stay here again.

Could use a microwave in the room and if you don't have a car and are traveling the area is about as pedestrian unfriendly is anywhere I've ever seen but there are plenty of businesses pretty close including restaurants and things like that so overall not a big deal.

I like the location and the rooms were clean. They seemed to all of the sudden have a negative attitude with me ..well not all of them the young man and the young woman were always kind. But the mother was especially rude to me . I'm thinking there must have been some kind of mistake or mix up because I have always had a good interaction with all of them but all of the sudden the woman and man ( I think the mother and father who own the place) just seemed to not like me at all like I had done something. Once again I think it had to have been some as ort of mistake or some thing they think we did. No explanation or nothing I had to threaten to call the cops to get my deposit back because she said we keep deposit because you left room in a mess which I replied with go check it lady because we just cleaned it like we have always done when we leave. Then she yelled give him his deposit and looked at me and said you no come back. No explanation at all.

I truly used to think of that place as one of my favorite places to stay !

Price and the updated design. I liked the floors. I don't like carpet in a hotel room.

Dog barking in the next room all night long. Our room was underneath a bright parking lot light and the curtains did not keep the light out. Also, the pillows were old and very thin. I would have liked coffee in the room, I drink it while getting dressed.

Room was clean. You get what you pay for.

A little bit hard to find. The towels do not absorb water at all. Cleaning lady knocked at the door at 9am to tell us check-out time is 11am? Which we KNEW

We loved our stay here. It was clean, quiet and the nicest motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. I love the staff very nice and helpful. Will book again.

only thing that was nice about this hotel was that it was in walking distance to resturants.

apparently, you have to let them know that you're traveling with pets even tho its free. they tried to charge me a "sanitize" fee for not letting them know i had pets in the room. i dont know who called me on the room line but they were very rude sounding on the line about it. and this place is not dog friendly to begin with. there is close to no grassy walking areas and the only small, and i mean SMALL area is behind the dumpster and there is SOOO many flies over there. also, they wont enforce people to pick up after their pets. there is so much dog crap back there you will easliy step on something back there. the stairwells are just dirty. it looks like people were walking in with muddy shoes and they never did clean the carpets afterwards. the rooms here are all very small too. either the site is lying or the hotel is lying. feels like a jail cell would be bigger than this. very small walking room in these rooms. the bed felt cheap. the floors felt cheap. the seat connected to the wall was loose. only thing that seems worth value was the tv in the room. the fridge in the room was a little dorm room frat fridge. dont waste your time on putting anything in here other than drinks and things that could melt. there wasnt even a microwave in there. how do you put fridges in the rooms without a microwave to heat up what you put in the fridge. they're being cheap and saving money over here. if you want to actualy enjoy a hotel stay dont choose this place. and if youre booking from another site, read the hotel site. they only allow dogs.

Then, when I called the front desk to complain, the clerk used the "F" word at me. The manager kept making excuses and trying to blame me. I'm horrified by my treatment and WILL NEVER use Motel 6 again and may never use this booking service if this is considered acceptable behavior.
