Management was extremely rude to my friend who was also staying there. My b friend has facial tattoos and was stopped and questioned by this lady and wasn't allowed to return to his room because she didn't believe he was a guest because of the way he look
noise. next to ice machine, lobby noisy, dog barking.

Very clean

One of the staff, possibly housekeeping, was incredibly rude. Did not wear a mask at all. Accused me of not telling the we haddogs when we checked in, which we did. Then as I was leaving sshshe asked if I smoked in the room. Said n, shE said are u sure?
