Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

Valet parking only option.

The hotel staff we so friendly and took time to get to know the guests and help them make sure they were able to achieve what they came to do. The room was spotless and very quiet. If you are planning on visiting the stockyards this is the hotel for you.

Everything was absolutely spotless & updated. Staff were friendly & helpful. Awesome that it is within walking distance of the Stockyatds.

Breakfast not included. Not even free coffee. No free parking, valet only at cost of $20/night. Also, I asked for a quiet room but was instead next to a guest who kept TV blaring. Also, one of the clean wash clothes had two large makeup stains.

Location, Location. location. One block away from the heart of Ft Worth Stockyards district, within sight of Billy Bob's and Cattlemans Steakhouse. No need for your car, just walk everywhere. The western -themed decor in the lobby was nice, too.

Valet parking only at $20 per day was not cool, especially since this was an unexpected expense. There is nowhere else to park, so you're at their mercy.

I have major kudos for the check in lady who checked me in on July 9th around 11am. I mentioned my bday. I was upgraded for free, tickets to Billy Bob's and prosecco, water,popcorn. Popcorn color green. My son, who is in heaven, favorite color.

That they don't give you more space to type kudos. Lol

The hotel canceled our reservation beforehand we arrived and no one notified me. So we were stuck in a strange city with no hotel reservation.

My adult daughter and I took a last minute trip to The Stockyards Fort Worth. We wanted to see a concert at Billy Bobs and learn some line dancing together. This hotel was perfect! We were steps away from BB¿s and a block from The Stockyards!! Great time

Everything was top notch. Once we parked our car, we never needed it again! Valet service was easy, room was spacious and clean. The lobby was colorful and tastefully western-themed. Staff was wonderful!! We will definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location (Stockyard is only a block away).

Mandatory $20 valet parking. However, there is free parking on the side street.

New, Location, Staff, Cleanliness, Room, All very great! Two night, two rooms Pool nice. Was pool side for two days. Plenty of room to spread out. Gym area look fabulous and was being used. Bed Queens nice. Used Washer & Drier

Road side second floor room was more noisy. Parking was limited and you had to pay for parking. Worth the money to pay for the parking. No free breakfast. Had breakfast at the Biscuit Bar. Did have Starbucks. We had coffee in room!

The staff, location and cleanliness of the hotel..

The only thing that I didn¿t like was the stained/dirty top that was placed on the ice bucket that was for our use. Other than that that, everything else was superb!

The first room they gave me was either dirty still or someone was staying in it the second room they gave me had trash in the trash can they had the valet parking only and it was not stated on my itinerary or anything that I would have to pay 20 bucks to

It was close to the historic part of Ft Worth.

The room smelled terrible when we arrived. The key didn't work and it is a LONG way from elevators to the front desk. Not really a view and, although there is on site parking it is valet only and not covered (ie a garage)

even though I gave them my credit card for incidentals (that's what they call the charges to the room) they made a charge of 50.00 without telling me; and I have not received a credit on my card yet (as of 07/01/2021).

perfect location for checking out stock yards by foot with restaurants and live music.

ac in our room would not get lower than 71. The bed seemed really small even though labeled a king.

Clean Location

Valet parking is a bit of a hassle Cannot get coffee before 7 and I had to leave at 6:45 for work

Was forced to either pay $20 to park or find parking around the block. Didn¿t like that or the fact that it wasn¿t mentioned before any reservations could be made.

This is not a cookie cutter courtyard. New! The staff is excellent. Stay on the backside if you like things quieter. Walkable location.

Save the $20 a night parking fee and park on the side street.
