Great location, could walk to a variety of restaurants/activities.

The AC was not quite cold enough for my liking.

The staff was friendly, helpful and readily available.

I felt the parking fee see awfully high.. and caught me by surprise - especially when I discovered the amount of available free street parking I found in the vicinity. Also the coffee bar could have been open a little longer - but I’m nit-picking 😁

The price of the room was really one of the lowest in the area and the room was very clean, staff very friendly. A/C blows so cold in the room.

Hotel is small. When you enter, it is very small and feels closed in. Lobby is small, rooms are very small. The bathroom was too small for two people to get dressed. Swimming pool was very small. The view was of rooftops so that was disappointing.

We waited 5 hours after our check in time to receive a room because they had none to give us. We scheduled this trip plenty of time in advance for them to know how many rooms they had available. We came in a group of at least 20 and all booked in advance

Love the location. Love the balcony attached to the room. The hotel is nice.

Cleanliness. Big time. Arrived to find crumbs all over the bedroom floor. Mind you I have a one year old. Seem to be a poo stain by the bathroom door. And the sink wasn't draining. Kinda gross eh?

No extra bed linens or pillows for the sofa bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, it¿s a great location that is walking distance to lots of restaurant options, and the gym was nice.

The room setup was awkward with the bed facing the wall with the window instead of the tv. They should move the bed so that it faces the tv. The bed was also squeaky and not very comfortable, my wife¿s back was sore after two nights. The fridge was noisy

Check in was 3 pm. I didn't get into my room until 6 pm. I booked a king and the only thing available was a double so I had to take it because I was there for an event and needed to get ready. Front desk staff was very rude and unaccommodating.

Sink was don't draining and told front desk did not take care of it. We only stayed one night other wise I would have demanded it be taken care of.

Location and parking was easy. The hotel was near many restaurants and Sundance square

Even on the 10th floor street noise was prevalent in the late hours. Lots of hallway noise at late hours.

Upon checking in I was told I had to put a nightly deposit. I had prepaid for the room. I asked why a deposit and was told by the clerk "In case some of the amenities are missing...." I find this (at best) insulting!

Train your personnel better! As former regional director of security for Hyatt Hotels and later corporate director of security for Omni Hotels, I find this absolutely unacceptable!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great service from the check in counter, the bar and the valet.

VERY small room. But, it was nice. Need more than 2 pillows for each person. They are very soft, but that means they flatten out and equal less than one fluffy pillow. Stiff neck. If we had stayed longer, I would have asked for more.

Clogged toilet at the ¿ spa¿ for two days was gross

The room was smal the price paid. bad experience with the shower that ran water to shower it literally was running everywhere called front desk and was told Saturday that they would send a portable shower, towels to soak water and offered coffee

The rooms and bathrooms are all good size

they only had 1 employee doing valet parking. Took forever to get into the hotel. Some people waiting had waited 2 hours for their car when we got there. When we left. We waited about an hour and there was two working valet.

Staff is amazing. Interesting hotel and nice rooms.

Location is difficult to navigate by vehicle, but easy on foot. Area has a homeless contingent that is very tourist friendly.
