Checkin was very slow. Several people in line. Only 1 host. She called for help but no one showed up. Othe stafff members never greeted us when encountered.

Nothing!

Got here at 11 pm after a long day of moving, sweaty and exhausted, only to be told " It's unfortunate but we are overbooked". The desk attendant, never offered so much as an apology, couldn't even look me in the eye.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the complimentary bbq on our first night at the hotel.

Not really. We would probably stay there again as the location was excellent for visiting our family nearby.

I wish the rooms were cleaned more frequently. More cabel tv shows.

Room was comfortable. Bed/pillows were above average.

Check-in process took way too long. TV remote did not work, had to go to front desk for a new one. Body wash dispenser was empty and the three bottles had dirt/mold build up around their bases where they attached to the shower stall.

Had to wait for hours past check in time. I needed to check in at three.

Check in was at 3 but we were not able to get into our room until 4. The room was not cleaned well and had to ask for housekeeping to come in and do some more cleaning.

The room was beautiful and well thought out. The large walk in shower is amazing. This room had all of the comforts of home and then some. The staff were friendly and accommodating when we requested a late checkout.

The garbage cans in the hallway should be emptied daily. It did smell real bad one day.

Location was good for our purposes. Refrigerator in room convenient. Breakfast average.

The mattress was uncomfortable by being too soft and caused both of us to have backaches in the morning. The position of the AC vent was awkward and blew the air into my face while sleeping, not comfortable. We did not get good sleep. No extra pillows and the room was not made up while we were there.

It was clean their was small issue their was clothing in room 315 from the previous customer two pairs of pans and some boxers on the floor in the closet other than that it looked super clean

They were nice rooms and looked clean and the staff were so generous

Extremely clean, rooms spacious and loved a full kitchen …. Staff so friendly…. Beautiful fire pit for hanging out at night, large outdoor grills and tables, didn’t use the pool but seemed nice for leisure time! Great complimentary breakfast with large selection!! Would highly recommend!! The price was great!!!

For an extended living hotel the individual rooms were too small. The complimentary breakfast could be improved on dramatically. The first day no boiled eggs, no fresh fruit. The only way I got boiled eggs the second morning was because I saw a sign for them (none next to sign) so I asked and then they brought them out.Not very organized and need to continuously follow up on restocking during opening hours!!

Room was way too small for Marriott!!!!
