Noisy children in adjoining rooms as well as in the halls till 11:30 pm. Bed was very uncomfortable. It felt as though the springs were about to penetrate the topper. The couch was so dirty with visible stains and food in the crevices, we would not sit.

Yes, the room was dirty. As my son and I started to get settled in, I noticed that it was actually very dirty inside of the room. We ended up leaving after less than 2 hours and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund.

My children slept on bloody pillows from previous guest. The bathroom was filthy and we cleaned the bathroom ourself. The room was wet and smelled strongly of mildew. Mattress on sofa sleeper disgusting. Customer service didn't exist

There was hair in the bathroom sink when I got in room the walls are very then and I think that it is a escort service I seen lady's taking men in rooms and the door opened and closed all night!

I really like to the the room was a sweet so there was a couch and big bed yet plenty of room so it didn't feel like a hotel room.

A family came in kind of late around midnight and had a tired kid who was screaming. A few of them were arguing in the hall on their way into their room. One of the children was allowed to start practicing his skateboard at almost 1 a.m. so it was a lot

Staff seemed aggravated upon requests and also gave some incompetent answers to questions. As well, hotel needs to be aware of chemically sensitive guests. They poured bleach down the elevator shaft, right before we got on the elevator.

The elevator broke down for the entire day on Saturday , there was a leak in the window seal from the rain the the window seal was full of water and also the top of th ac unit it was just a bad experience staying there
