They refused to give me a refund when I attempted to check out due to the roaches in our room

Roach infested. Rooms are now what are being advertised on the website. Needs a new paint job. The hotel isn’t even the same color as the pictures anymore and everything is run down and falling apart. No clean towels nor clean tap water. Very disgusting.

Front desk was very nice and made feel welcome no breakfast but good coffee

Microwave didn't work and no breakfast

This hotel should be shut down by the health department.

The room had black mold in the shower and behind the toilet. The smoke detector was ripped from the wall. The safety lock on the door was missing. The parking lot is covered with urine and feces. There was a party with drugs and guns outside my door.

No hot water was not happy, was told maintenance guy was off not sure that was true or they just said that for the inconvenience situation

The room had roaches, 1 chair, no kitchen ware.

Absolutely nothing the lobby was clean the room was crawling with roaches. No sope in the shower.

Had to stay there for the time crunch I was in. Did not enjoy roaches waking me up crawling on me. Room was disgusting. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Location was not far from downtown

The staff was rude. There was what appeared to be fecal residue by toilet dispenser. Other unidentified gunk on bathroom wall. Completely low quality experience. Never going back

They had bed bugs. Room was dirty. Shower didn't work.

So many cockroaches an stuff was super rude addressing some issues, even manager came out and yelled at me instead of telling desk guy to be more polite

Had fridge and microwave

Yes, elevator didn¿t work. Rooms were dirty, baby roaches running by fridge. Couldn¿t get a wink of sleep with people fighting and throwing things outside, people running up and down path of rooms all night. Knocking on our door all night and no idea who

The location was the only pleasant part of this stay.

The front desk staff was not helpful or pleasant. I did not get the room that I booked for my stay and the front desk manager acted as if it were my fault.

The room had roaches, the sheets had stains on them, and we were only given 3 towels for 4 people.

The room was fairly clean but I specifically asked for a non smoking room and when I got to the room, all you could smell was cigarette smoke.

Bugs all throughout the room, the room and really everywhere outside just smelled awful, run down on the outside and just not a great location with lots of seedy people outside. Would not travel here again, especially with any family.

The manager was very rude and couldn't tell us if there would be a room ready for us or not.. so we canceled..

It was clean and it came with a 3/4 kitchen. Full fridge and sink.Clean bathroom.

I cut my foot on something that was on the floor under table, it bled but I couldnt find any sharp objects so I dont kno but the staff came and cleaned the floor again as they had came in while we were at the store n made the beds, emptied the trash

I didn’t like that the room smelled like smoke, although it was a “non-smoking” room.

Hotel employee was very polite and helpful upon arrival.

The drug traffiicking was extremely annoying, and out of control. We had a group of visitors bang on our door at 2:30am "under the influence" looking for "hotel employee". Apparently, my service pistol(1911) and/or my combat knife answered their question.

It was close to who I was visiting.

Roaches everywhere.
