Narrow hallways, bathroom ceiling peeling,one of the elevators out of service.

Nothing stood out

I have stayed at nicer hotels for half the price. This hotel does not meet the expectations for a Hampton Inn. It was run down and dingy. The elevator was broken. Breakdast was not fully served as of 7:30 am.

Nice room.

Staff unwillingness to enforce a noise curfew. We were kept awake till 2am due to very, very loud guests who were permitted to shout down the hallways at each other, and gather out front - just outside our room - to party loudly.

The location and the pillows were the best part for sure. We always love the pool and it's always super clean.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like.

The sheets were not clean nor was the bathroom tub! Luckily I brought my own Clorox and requested the sheets to be changed in my presence.

The area very welcoming and warming

One front desk rep lied in my face about not having straws I had dentist work done and can only sip out of straws I wa a highly upset because another guest yes they do walked in dining area and grabbed me a few straws

Location was where we needed and close to lots of places to eat.

They assured us on the phone that our two rooms could be next door so we could supervise our minor children, but they did not accommodate us and clearly weren't interested in helping. Pool closed, no laundry. I would never bring a family here again.

The young man that checked me in to my room was AWESOME! He was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. He answered all my questions and got me situated for my stay.

I've stayed at 7 motels over a five week period. I enjoyed this one the best. It was clearly older than the others I've been staying at with elevators and rooms smaller , but the attention to detail made my stay there hands down better than the rest.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The towels in hotels are horrible. They are so rough that they scratch the skin. I have gotten to where I bring my own soft towels.

The staff is all here amazing. And the room is big plenty of room for my little baby girl to crawl

Breakfast could go a little later LOL but it's still good and maybe a bigger discount if you spend more than a few nights
