Great location near restaurants, interstate and Museum district.

Had a noisy bar in parking lot, did not affect us.

The breakfast was great! Clean room and bathroom.

The pool was closed but it looked clean and no maintenance or work being done. So why? The homeless people that came in for water in 105 degree heat were yelled at and threatened by management in a very loud and disrespectful manner. Give water out!

It was an older hotel, but clean, very friendly, and perfect for us.

Bed was a little hard.

Proximity to the children's hospital, the staff was nice.

The lap plugs did not work, the plugs in the room was faulty.the pool was closed.

Hotel staff was friendly and went above and beyond to get us in a room.

Bugs in bathroom and the water in the shower didn¿t work properly. We were unable to shower. This was a handicap room which I would have preferred a regular room. There was no ice or water in the breakfast area, not sure about the room.

Shower head was unpleasant. It was like getting pressure washed with needles.

Love how close it is to cook childrens and the ease it is to get there. Love the shopping center across the street too!

The excessive running up and down of the halls with kids late at night (more of a parenting problem than hotel). Our room didn¿t lock and didn¿t like the fact that I couldn¿t lock it while inside it.

The location was great.

The bathroom was not cleaned well and there was only 1 coffee cup for a 2 day stay. I was able to get another down in the lobby. It was very noisy at night. The people in the room above me stomped around until after 9 pm and I had to work early.

Front desk staff (two ladies) not very helpful to other staff. The trash in the lobby/breakfast area was always overflowing. Saw two different staff ladies just sitting down watching tv for several hours.

Our TV did not work in the first room and also the smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. Our second room, Tv Chnager did not work

Checked in after 1 am they overbooked even though we had prepaid. By 3 am we were finally checking into a different hotel 20 minutes away. Our reservation was for 2 nights so we had to check out and drive back -INCONVENIENT! Being told check in was at 4.

Very friendly staff, easy check in and out.

Bath tub had questionable stains, swimming pool area smelled like urine.

The location is very close to TCU.

Probably the worst hotel experience I 've had.There was no toilet paper;One large dirty mark on one of the pillows,not sure if it was a shoe print or not;the wi-fi didn't work;the water was draining in the bathtub;the bathroom door couldn't get locked

Staff and location

The beds are terrible they're way too hard. and the pillows are extra fluffy so it's like you're sleeping on too much with not enough it was a terrible night's sleep. Also they need to update their thermostats and heating and air conditioning systems

Friendly courtesy staff, location was great especially for the price I paid.

My room wasn’t ready despite me arriving at around 11:30pm, so I had to wait about 20 mins after that to check in. Not a huge deal since I had some food with me that I ate in the lobby while I waited but not ideal given the timing of the day.
