The location was great for us¿

The staff when we checked in was not friendly. There was no breakfast served without payment and if you wanted to place an order there was no staff available.We left. No cold water working in our room. Will not stay there again.

Cleanliness and comfort of the beds

The gentleman at the front desk was not very helpful he had a less than professional attitude and was not very friendly

The hospitality desk was very rude , we were informed the pool was closed after we checked in and the pool was the main reason we booked at this hotel. I called to confirm pool was open before I made the reservation and was told the pool was open.

Staff professional, friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Still had some unfinished work from remodel made it look like it was dirty.

poor regulation of heat/air in room. the massive renovations that were being done. TV not working well.

Under construction, but everything was torn up or already broken. Instead of working on one area at a time they left the building start falling apart before they did something and then came in and ripped out a ton!! Major foundation issues!

Not a far drive from stockyards and downtown, free parking.

Confirmation email said checkin was 3pm. Arrived to find it was actually 4pm. Staff would not answer phone. Room was outdated and in need of repairs (paint missing, bathtub wouldn¿t drain). Staff was hanging out in the chairs in the lobby.

Staff was very helpful and the room was very large.

There was mold in the shower and the AC window unit had a loud knocking sound periodically. Wish they offered free breakfast!!

The room was clean overall. Parking was usually pretty close to the entrance.

Overall we are extremely dissatisfied for the price of our stay vs the service, hospitality, and lots of hidden charges. Staff was extremely rude, not helpful, and unaccommodating. Breakfast is not included in your rate. Internet was slow

The pool was closed the whole 5 days we were there. Didn¿t like the way you have to beg for housekeeping!!!

It is in the middle of a huge industrial district. Plan on ubering everywhere...there is nothing to walk to. The closet thing is a McDonald's and only a McDonald's about ½ mile away. Other than this, the hotel is great.

Every Staff member from host to cleaning crew was exceptionally great, this made the difference. Large room was clean,modern, beds comfortable. I must say pricing was on target (---per night) I wouldnt pay more since the location is meh

No free breakfast. Pool wasnt open. The elevator was sketchy (jolted, jerked & had a dim/flickering light) & could be great if used in a horror movie. Abandoned commercial business lot across street was great to watch unusual activity late at night

The staff was nice

The sheets were dirty and had hair on them when we checked in. It was very outdated(carpets,etc)and the location & surroundings seem pretty rough.We couldn't wait until our home was ready, I definitely preferred the candlewood suites or Home2 by Hilton

I booked this hotel for it's outdoor pool and Restaurant. Neither were open and the webpage said nothing about them being closed. I would not have booked this hotel and room if I would have know this. I feel the room was worth very little of the cost.
