Beds are old and no free breakfast was served

The employees, they remembered prior conversations and would ask if the car was fixed yet, etc. Made me feel seen.

Hot tub was not working.

The location

I had to change rooms because the bathroom was filthy. As I began to sanitize as I always do, there was dried urine on the toilet seat and something dried up in the sink. I didn?t even want to take a chance on the condition of the sheets on the bed.

Quiet, clean, isolated, little to not traffic.

The marijuana smell in the hallways.

Stay here at the last minute for one night. Hotel was beautiful, clean and had a great breakfast. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The cleanliness was horrible it was not clean at all It had a bad smell in the hallway carpet very dirty an me an my husband broke out with lots of bumps all over our body

The room was excellent and the breakfast was superb! Very clean and excellent customer service.

My room butted up against the entryway/hallway for the elevators on the first floor. Kept hearing the elevators running entire time.

Friendly staff.

The beds were on a metal spring base. The coffee machine was disgusting, I would never drink coffee from that. Very disappointing.

The staff were very helpful in assisting me with late check in and other accommodations, and were so polite! Made me feel very comfortable!

Not a convenient store nearby. Other than that the place is excellent!!

The room was not up to what was charged. Noise from the highway in extremely loud, pool was not as clean as expected.

White sheets and white comforter bed and pillows very comfort; hot full breakfast, sausage, waffles, orange juice, milk bananas, apples eggs, bagels, cream cheese, oatmeal cereal, hotel very clean, quick check in and out, customer service excellent.

I was told they don¿t clean the rooms on weekends only on Monday , Wednesday and Friday. Only two towels in restroom and fridge was broken maintenance on the building was very poor had to buy a cooler to put my kids drinks And snacks in .

Easy access to highway and Arlington. Room Was very spacious and clean.

I guess I liked that we did not have to pay for parking but honestly that’s about it.

We saw after the first night that there was a what looked to be a blood stain on the sheets of one of the beds that definitely did not come from us. That was so gross. Pretty disappointing stay for sure.

Quiet. Rooms are clean. Front desk seemed overwhelmed with our extensions of staying over

Good clean hotel with a great continental breakfast.

Shower head pressure was terrible.

Hotel was clean and quiet with comfortable beds and nicely furnished with modern furniture. Common areas were clean as well. Breakfast bar is well stocked with both hot and cold items.

Some light bulbs were burnt out in the room which made it darker than I prefer.
