Best Western Plus Lake Worth Inn & Suites

I liked the price and the location.

The halls were dark.

Clean room

Rude management, 2 fire alarms went off while staying. Horrible beds. Folded on 1/2!

The room was nice and clean but I think if it¿s a king sweet it should have 2 TVs but other than that it was nice

Location was near shopping and many food options.

Beds had a spring mattress and thin comforter.

We didn¿t get to enjoy any part of it, we weren¿t there long enough

Mgmt was very poor and unprofessional. We were told to leave or they¿d call the police and denied a refund for money we paid. Upon check in, immediately after we left for dinner and never made it back to our room because we were asked to leave.

Clean and good breakfast

Only real negative was the room was humid for some reason. We cranked up the ac but there was still a difference in the air in the room compared to the rest of the hotel. Other than that everything was good. Would stay here again

We were there with a group for a wedding traveling from Florida and they put us on the second floor all together so we could go from room to room and not disturb others.

The hotel was perfect. The Staff were extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was really enjoyable on both days. I appreciate the great service I received for an affordable price.

Red Ant's in our room and my Wife Bitten several times by them. Other then that it was ok

Breakfast was minimal. Rooms minimal. Overpriced.

COVID safety measures were top notch! Masks, social distance markings, hand sanitizer available. Breakfast was pandemic-friendly but well presented & generous. Staff is amazing! Professional, kind, helpful,well dressed, attentive. Great experience!

There was only one thing we didn't like about the hotel was that you all need to put better mattress in the pull out beds my daughter sleep in one and she said it was very uncomfortable and she could feel the springs in the mattress.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. It was a good price for a one night stay, conveniently located in the area where we were to attend a graduation ceremony. Delicious breakfast!

I can't think of anything. It lived up to it's star rating, and I was pleased.

Bed itself was comfortable and room was nice. Hotel appeared neat and clean as did our room. Staff was very nice. Nice outdoor pool. Hotel is not far from freeway entrance but we did not hear the traffic. Free breakfast. Lots of places to eat in area als

Pillows were too small for bed and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The thumping all nite turns out they have open washers and dryers in the hall and the fact load party police coming Best Western have went down hill If your looking for a good nite sleep this isn’t the place

Staff is extremely helpful, always professional and extremely patient.

I was not able to stay the first day of my stay due to my flight delay and was still charged the full amount even after talking with a staff member. Poor customer service.

It looked promising but was not by a long-shot.

Most TV channels had no sound. Breakfast was poor the first day and empty the second. Refrigerator did not work. Left something of moderate value in the room and when I called they denied finding it. Would not compensate for their shortcomings.
