The charged my card twice and I only stayed one night

Room was very clean.

First room (216) neither door key card would work.

The facility was up to date and clean and easy to navigate with my wife and her scooter she is disabled.

No shower set for my disabled wife I had to go out and buy one from Walmart.

Key would not work third time back to the desk he finally come open the door for us.He told me they were no other rooms He flat out lied!!!!!!Gave us another room after we were already in the bed

Really like the walking showers and the breakfast was great

Did not like the rooms they were too small no space didn't have a microwave didn't even have a closet no drawers for you to put your clothes away and I did not like that they charge for parking it's not even a secure parking lot or gate it

Caleb there might shift associate was the only who helped us.

Hardly any breakfast after 9am. Leaking windows from rain dripping on floor and entire 4th floor soaked with water. Was put into another room with dirty covers. Asked for new comforter. Did not get it after countless calls to front desk until next day in the evening. The plugs did not work against the headboard. Morning staff was rude to my kids. Caleb was the only kind associate who helped us.

I got charged to park there and I had to park somewhere else and walk there because there was no room in the parking lot

The evening worker was not friendly at. And the bed was really bad felt like you was sleeping on a bed of springs

The location was great for where I was going in Fort Worth. The property was very well maintained and the breakfast was great. The staff was great especially,Adrian.

I wasn’t aware there was a charge for parking. It was a little strange to receive texts from staff asking how the stay was going.

Why are you charging me an additional 45 dollars? I did not have a car and had to ask the five dollar charge be removed. The room was never cleaned and in all my years of travel, this experience at your hotel was the worse I have ever had

Very clean and modern Hotel,Great location, all the facilities were exceptional

A little noisy with the airbase close by, but I enjoyed watching the aircraft

Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Neighborhood was good. Nearby restaurants. Close to all the tourist attractions.

Nice open areas for visiting and hanging out.

Mixed feelings about two hotels in one. Tru side rooms were the very small almost claustrophobic.

It was very clean close to a lot of different restaurants and stores very convenient

The air-conditioning and room phone did not work..Strong smell of paint in the room.. the lady at the front desk show lack of concern and let us feel that she wanted to just kick us out by offering a refund and leave. Worst customer service to date.
