the location was central and safe, also there’s a convenience store in the lobby that came in handy.

they didn’t take out the previous people’s trash, there was hair all over the toilet. the ladies servicing or cleaning the breakfast area are some of the most disrespectful and rude hotel staff we’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting.

We check in around a little after 10:30 pm on Friday 1/16/26 around 1am the power in the hotel went out and was down for about 3 hours my husband who uses a C-Pap Machine woke up gasping for air. I went down stairs to front desk no one was there had to look around before I found the night supervisor I ask if they had a back up generator and if we would be compensated for the inconvenience.The supervisor was rude and said No that we wouldn't because this was out of their hands I ask why y'all didn't have generators for stuff like this it was cold out she wasn't helpful at all. I went back upstairs to our room and my husband was awake still since he needed his machine to sleep and we needed to be up and check out by 7 am the next morning. We couldn't get any sleep at all when we went to ask for he manager the next morning we were told one wasn't available until Monday and that since we book thru booking that we weren't going to get anything compensated and also because they had no control of the power going out. This is a Hotel what if someone had a oxygen machine and need it and something happen because this hotel didn't have a backup generator very unhappy with service.

I loved the lighting in the room. Lots of light. Breakfast staff was excellent. Nice, new hotel. Loved the kitchenette.

The cleanness of the faculty and the breakfast variety.

The pillows were extra flat as if they haven’t been replaced in months maybe.

The King Studio Suite was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and bright. The property is close to good restaurants & shopping. Loved the kitchen and the layout of the room. Ice machine was close to our room and the hotel has everything you need and n the room. The bed was so comfortable and so was the couch. We really enjoyed our one night stay.

Nothing having enough luggage carriers near the entrance to unload vehicle.

Rooms were very clean, large, and comfortable.

Could use better pillows, and better bedding for the sofa sleeper

Staff were very friendly and warm. Hotel was quiet and there were lots of spaces to hang out in. Hotel is right next to a couple of restaurants with bars if you want to go out, literally across the parking lot.

A slight gripe, the entry way into the room had some loose hairs and needed to be swept. Rest of the room was clean so no real issues.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff in charge were outstanding.

The night receptionist, who handled my check-in, was unattended. I requested a receipt after she charged my credit card, but she was unable to assist.

We enjoy staying at Home2 Suites. The property has always been clean and very comfortable.

The night clerk was not very welcoming.

Everything was clean and a lot of stuff to use for a vacation really good breakfast

Good, easy to find, area seem safe but there was a lot of homeless sitting out a couple blocks away from the hotel.

Elevators took way to long. They only had one set. We took the stairs majority of the time when we were in and out

the comfort of the room. it was spacious, clean with a lot of amenities.

thinking back, my wife and I experienced nothing to to complain about.
