    • The hotel is modern, great sized rooms & beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional, particularly Tierra on reception who was an exceptional host, informative and unfailing smiley. The location is superb, just across the road from the Modern Art, Kimble & Amon Carter museums & a short walk from the Will Rogers Equine complex and the beautiful botanical gardens. The hotel restaurant provides excellent breakfast.

    Cons -

    • No pool/hot tubs
    • Room service could have been better¿slow delivery !
    • The air conditioning was quite noisy but this seems to be a common theme with many of the newer large hotels.

    Location is great!

Valet was irritating. , over crowded and slow, construction was frustrating to get in and out. Check out on Sunday morning was awful….one person working and a huge line to checkout. The bar on the top played extremely loud music and people congregated in the hall outside rooms kept us up until 1;30 am. When we called down the associate said it would end soon… no apologies etc… very disappointing. Mediocore.

Wonderful staff. Great location, immediately across the road from the Cultural are and the Stock Show. They had a courtesy car for short journeys which we appreciated. We had our small dog with us and the staff were so kind to him.

Sterile lobby. Our room did not get serviced. We did ask for more waters and coffee in the room and only received the coffee. $50 a day to park is pretty steep.

delicious breakfast. beautiful setting. excellent service. we had a wonderful time. it matched the caliber of the entire hotel experience.

food took a long time to come out. we were told we could only have table for an hour but food arrived after 45 minutes. however, we were not rushed to leave. i am not sure why we were told we could only have table for one hour.

The biggest surprise is that we got two suites. The suites were lovely. Thought we had booked single rooms.Great value for this hotel in this location. Breakfast was delicious, and service was excellent.

Nothing. Location was excellent, right across the street from museums we visited. Near University Village where we shopped. Close to downtown, where we had dinner.

The location to the Dickies Areana

Our room was ok but the shower had a large swath of hair and the room they moved us to had hair in the pillows.

Clean and comfortable and great location

upon check out there was a $77 "resort fee" that is automatically added to your room total. It is not a resort, they don't even have a pool, and there were no resort facilities there - just a gym...It was very money grabbing.

bad breakfast althogh it cost extra money - dont worth it the serve takes a lot of time - eat somewhere else

Exceptional staff, very clean, great food and drinks, prices vary reasonable, second to none room service. This hotel has a very good balance of quality combined with affordability, can have a lavish meal in the lovely restaurant, or a still very good pizza for two for $20.00, perfect.

The hotel was perfectly located, all staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The valet parking staff was exceptional, the food and bar service was very good. The room was more than I expected. Will definately stay there again if coming back to Fort Worth.

Their ad was deceiving... they do Not have a pool at this location

Convenient location to Kimball Museum where I was attending an exhibition.

Located in middle of construction zone and a bit pricey with numerous add on changes including $40 overnight parking.

The staff was incredible and made me feel welcome though I was dressed down for a horse show! The restaurant Emilia’s was mind blowing for breakfast, lunch and supper. Travis was more than a server. Every morning for breakfast his superb knowledge of the menu’s fusion of flavors along with his infectious laugh made us come alive! The property itself was clean and impeccably decorated. I also visited the Canyon Ranch Spa and had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience. My husband along with our horse trainer were blown away with the attention to detail. We look forward to visiting again!

I would like to have known about hotel transportation to and from the Will Rogers Memorial Center. Though not a long walk, it’s a little tough in boots.
