The staff was very caring and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was very comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast offerings we kept full and fresh.

None, when I visit Fort Worth again, I will be staying at this hotel

Not a damn thing

The "smart" thermostat kept resetting at 74 degrees and I had to get up every 2 hours to reset it. The bs energy efficient water pressure was a joke. They have 2 different wifi services and they both suck. You can't stream any services.

It was clean. It served a delicious hot breakfast. They had coffee 24 hours and cookies between 6 pm - 8 pm. The staff was friendly. There was an option to not have the room cleaned which is good for the environment.

Larger room and bathroom, very clean. Excellent breakfast.

The staff was excellent. The young lady that checked us in was very thorough and informative, all with a pleasant smile.

It seemed a bit pricey, but I guess that was mostly taxes.

Easy access, close to restaurants. Comfortable bed, pleasant staff.

There was an unfnished cailing repair in the bath, the texture and paint had not been applied. None of the USB charging ports worked, and about half of the TV channels were unavailable as well

Shower door was not working properly. We reported it and it was turned in to be fixed.

The staff was very friendly & helpful-no complaints! Breakfast area:clean. Food:fresh.

The only thing negative thing was there were a couple of roaches in the room. It's North Central Texas, so it's hard to keep them out. I get that, but still gross.

Big spacious room

If you don¿t get to breakfast as soon as it opens you aren¿t getting any cause they don¿t seem to keep putting out product once it¿s gone it¿s gone

NOTHING!

There was NO water at the hotel. I was on the 4th floor and friends on the 2nd also had NO water. I¿m not complaining about temperature but NO WATER AT ALL. Then when I called the front desk they said that was a ¿normal¿ situation and refused a refund.

Location and cleanliness and breakfast menu was great

Pipes in the walls was banging all night so we really didn¿t get any sleep we contacted the front desk and nobody ever showed up to fix the problem or to move us to a different room besides that everything was great there was dust buildup pretty bad

The bed was comfy it was clean

The staff were rude. They were asking weird questions, and looking at us in a hateful way. I've never had a hotel ask me what the purpose of my travel is. It's none of their business, buy it was also how they said it. I am disappointed

It was too far away from my target location. Traffic in this area made this a 45 minute commute to my destination.

There was a glee in my bag I called the hotel and I have yet to receive a call back Breakfast finished before time

Clean and bright but with a good blind that blocked out bright light from business next door to hotel. That was much appreciated. Good safe location just traffic noise but that was expected due to location.

Parking lot a little small for larger vehicles.

The hotel staff did not care at all when they enabled robbery by granting access to my room 2 an unauthorized person w/o ID or confirmation. They stole All of my cash, ,cards, ID, electronics, passport, all valuables, everything I own like all my clothing

Great price and room view was excellent

The room key kept deactivating, cleaning never came went to front desk &was told had to fill out when checked in it wasn¿t mentioned at all. Had to keep waiting on staff about 10 minutes at desk because they where missing smoke detectors kept going off
