Breakfast was limited. Got to breakfast and hardly anything was there. I asked for a yogurt since there was none and was told they had no more. Waffle mix took forever to pour, like 10 minutes.

Front desk staff check in RUDE when checking in. Actually raised voice at me for a question. Morning staff no better at breakfast looking down at her phone & no greeting.

Hotel employee was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful during check-in and during the entire stay. The rest of the staff was very kind and welcoming as well.

Only issue I had was I requested our room be cleaned and new towels and when we returned at the end of the day it never happened.

The entire staff did a horrible job, all I wanted was fresh towels, no room service was needed as I told the entire staff multiple times, Me and my partner are very clean, yet 2 of the 4 night we never ever received clean towel without having to ask on both of the first nights as mentioned I told the entire staff multiple times save your money on room service, yet I never got or received new towels, each time I had to go ask for towels at the check in area of the hotel, very very dissatisfied and disappointed because the staff never listened, I was trying to save them money and time, yet all of the staff never ever listened. I will not ever recommend this hotel to anyone ever, very poor performance on the staff and house keeping. No one took me and my partner serious.

The property was extremely clean, and the staff was friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet.

There was nothing we didn't like. Perhaps, breakfast could be extended until 10 on the weekends....we were so comfy, we overslept and missed breakfast! ?

Location was good, easy off & on Interstate 35. Very clean &kept up. Only small negative was breakfast was just ehh. But all the staff was friendly & helpful.

There was a lot of hair in the shower. I had to clean the shower myself.

No hot water equals an ice cold shower in the morning. They were busy but hot water should not be an issue. They need additional boilers.

It felt a little humid in the room for some reason.

New hotel in pristine condition. It was modern and the layout of the lobby dining room was open concept. The king room was very nice with a soft comfortable bed, clean, crisp linens and ample bath towels.

There is nothing I didn't like other than my short stay.
