The breakfast.?

Too many things like no hot water, conditions in room not very good, particularly the bathroom.

Not much the staff was nice but the gym was a joke one treadmill that was almost broken and and an elliptical and a few weights. The water was hard to turn on in the shower. The walls were thin you could hear every little footstep or thump of people passi

Location

Bathroom sink was leaking and had been long enough for mold to form and the carpet in front of the sink was saturated. Also guests are allowed to leave dogs in their rooms and when we complained about non-stop barking nothing was done.

Clean, classy, confortable

The room assigned was lovely. It was clean. The colors were sooting. Housekeeping does a marvelous job.

1. Breakfast is not until 7:15 am. We were in Ft Worth on business and had an early start to our day. 2. I was not told that it costs to park in the hotel parking lot. What an ugly surprise to be charged for that. 3. No returned call from the manager.

Excellent location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Close to downtown and only 10-15 minutes away from historic Stockyards. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and much better than average hotel-buffet. Staff very nice, housekeeping very friendly.

Parking very limited. Shuttle does not run on weekends, which wasn't stated anywhere.

They charged $8 per day for parking, even though it said online that parking was free.

This hotel was clean and smelled clean. They have a wonderful breakfast every morning that was perfect for our needs with lots of options.

The location was perfect for meeting people for dinner and getting back a for to different folks house in the in Fort Worth and I love the location of this very much

Excellent room. Separate charge for parking was a negative. Should have been part of the initial cost since we also pay a hefty price for extra taxes and fees. The experience was positive

Very nice, excellent price. Quiet and very nice and new. There is an $8 charge for parking but the other hotels in the area charge up to $30 per night. There were even extra pillows and quilt in the closet.

the room

Our key didn't work 4 separate times. the night staff blamed us and said it was because we put the key near our phones. They had an attitude and argues with us.

We had an emergency come up in the middle of our stay, so we took most of our belonging out. Items were left in the fridge, but when we came back for them, they were gone. I talked to the front desk, they gave me 2 different emails to contact-no response.

Pool closed early, was not located downtown

Our room was spacious and clean. Very much like an efficiency apartment. Loved it.
