It smelled like cigarettes

It smelled like cigarettes l, roaches, and little fridge was leaking water I had to ask for extra towels due to the wet floor.

Not staying there

We booked a non-refundable room. I’ve talk to 5 different ppl trying to get a refund. Sorry. Stinks. Poor service.

The hotel needed so much maintenance it is hard to list all. Elevator repeatedly stopped working. Lamp shades fell off lamps when used. Marks on walls, clear mold on air vents in bathroom. Desk chair was so worn, Goodwill would have thrown it out.

THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING !!! EQUIVALENT TO A CRACK HOUSE THE AREA IS DANGEROUS. NO COVID PROTOCOLS FRONT DESK PERSONNEL WERE NOT WEARING MASK K

The front desk attendant. Was absolutely great . Awesome customer service . The outlets did not work nor the phone charger was inoperable. But soon as amber came in she got it all work.

The things need to work if I'm paying for them. But can't use them,I believe I should be compt something.

Nice hotel, clean and confortable room and bed.

In a bad part of town. The offer said and displayed breakfast on there sight as part of the filter, but wasnt offered so false advertising.

I did not like that fact that they require a 100 cash deposit when people do not carry cash now a days.The room was not clean, ac did not work, fridge was broken, there was roaches i killed 2 of them, bath tub was filthy towels were old and smelled bad.

Very rude never let me check in said I was considered no show when I had reserved the room and paid for it I should be able to check in when ever admirer 3 ok until 11 am

Old building. Carpets were awful. They were so dirty my kids socks were black. Definitely not as nice as or clean as oter comfort suites

Good value for families. Staff was accommodating, but didn't go above-and-beyond in any interaction.

We had two rooms next to each other, as per requested. One room had a door that you had to drag across the floor to open. The second room had a broken hair dryer and the heater never got hot. This wasn't a problem in the first room.
