Love the layout of the suite! Great sofa Nice to have a smart TV in room!
Clean room with comfortable bed.
Even though under construction, the lobby was pleasing to walk into. Friendly and efficient staff made us feel at home right away!

Cons -

1. Parking is $15 a night, was not told this when I checked in so per night cost is misleading 2. ambulance service next door that wakes you up at all hours of the night with sirens. Highway in front is extremely loud 3.They don?t clean your room!

Was convenient location for the zoo and science museum, I don't know why the bad reviews on breakfast, I thought it was good.

Remodeling ,was not a bad experience just not pretty, lobby was being remodeled, room was good

The tub was in poor condition. It was rusty and held water. It needs to be replaced. It canÂ¿t be fixed.

close to the proximity of where we needed to be. Clean room and friendly staff.

There was a little blood on one of the pillowcases and some on the sheet that looked fresh. But I do know blood is hard to get out when washed.

Did not clean room or replace linens in our two-night stay. Only had 1 person working both the front desk and the morning breakfast buffet

The rooms was great but no Hallmark channel! The bed was good and all the furniture was wonderful!

We were charged $30 on our credit card without us knowing it and it has not been credited back to us and we did not drink any of the $5 water! At Check out the girl didn't seem to know what she was doing. Then the front door broke when trying to leave

A charge to park in the parking lot. I assumed it would be covered with the room to park in the open parking lot. Didnt like that hidden fee
