Staff and short distance to Dickie's Arena in Fort Worth

The TV did not work in our guest room. Nonetheless the staff was very helpful and kind during our stay. I would stay there again.

The staff was phenomenal. The room met all my needs and was comfortable.

The shower did not have enough pressure. The hot water was so hot you had to barely turn it on and thus low water pressure. If they turned down their water heater, it would be better. This would not discourage me from staying here again.

It was very unique and different then your everyday hotel! The shower was excellent with great water pressure.

It is very Noisy with the bar and outside area. However they do provide ear plugs, but I can not wear them. But it closed at 12 and things got quiet after that! But it is not a deal breaker.

Staff is amazing!!! Communication on day of check in was on point.

Had a band. Music was really loud even in my room. The do provide ear plugs. I however do not like to sleep with ear plugs so I just waited it out. Music was nice, I just don¿t want to hear it in my hotel room.

One staff member, his name was Dee, was very unfriendly and not helpful to find back the jacket I forgot in my room. I lost my jacket in this hotel and they did not help me to get it back. How can something get lost in a hotel???

No breakfast, coffee was bitter, no cream available.

Way overpriced for a bare bones room. No filter or coffee for room. Had to go outside to access lobby, and outside again to access non existent breakfast.

Staff was outstanding! Great rooms, very clean. Was my first stay, but won't be my last!

Location, bar, great water pressure in shower

No breakfast of any sort. Kinda pricey with out that.

It's location to Dickie's Arena was amazing! The hotel is very modern and trendy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The remote to our TV was the wrong remote, so we could watch the tv. That was very frustrating

My city view room had no city view.

The lady behind the desk was wonderful! Very efficient, kind, she was helpful to the other staff. We would definitely stay here again!
