The organisation is cool

YES! The hotel hasn't yet refunded me the $50 amount as security deposit. They said it will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours, but till now, it's nor credited to my account.

Location

The hotel is old and needs remodeling. There was a water leak in our room and they sent maintenance to fix it. They painted over the ceiling but the leak was still there all three days we stayed. Branded as Hilton but bought out and doesn’t qualify imo.

Large spacious room

Lots of broken things: laundry room counter, door stop, lobby counter. Room and hotel in general were dirty in corners and along walls, hall carpets and lobby furniture. Were told, “We are due for renovations in 2 months.”

The pool was nice and only 5 ft. So great for kids

The bathtub was nasty and it smelled bad. They put us in the very corner at the back of the hall.

Nothing, dirty,old,bed broken down hanging half off base, furniture dirty carpet was gross Couldn?t even take shoes off it was so bad

Everything it was horrinle

Friendly and helpful staff. They were quick to respond to requests. My son enjoyed the basketball court. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of hotel.

Room needs updating. Chair was broken. Another chair was stained. Sofa sagged in the middle & had stains.

The room felt so much like home.

The location is a little sketchy, the hallways constantly smelled like weed and the pool was closed for maintenance. When I asked the manager if it was closed she simply said,? I took the sign off?. When we went out the pool was still gross and green.

Good location for what we were in town for. It was nice and quite nothing too obnoxious.

A room for 2 was given 1 set of bath towels. It took us over 3 hours to get more towel making us late for our plans that day. They were never brought to our door as said we had to go find a maid after 3 hours of waiting.

Rooms were very spacious

They need to add some dumbbell is the weight room , there are absolutely no weights just 2 treadmills and a bike .

Location was ideal for where I was planning on visiting. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

The ceiling in my room was falling apart. A lot of debris was on the couch and the floor.

The staff was kind and respectful, what little staff present at the hotel.

I love Homewood Suites. This is the worst one I have ever stayed at. Rooms were not ready at 4:30 when we checked in. We were not given any information on the many amenities. It appeared that rooms were occupied by noisy people (homeless?)

Horrible staff Got over priced Horrible room and smelled

The breakfast was great, the location was convenient for our trip.

I reserved a double double but was given a suite with one king bed. When I asked for a double double I was initially told that there was not one available. Then they put us in a room that was a double double but was a bit run down.

It was old and dingy. Repairs made on ceilings that where horrible. Mold on ceilings and the tub was nasty and stained.

The attention .... excellent rooms ... good breakfast

What I did not like is that the corridors were very dirty and smelly....

Only the corridors of the Hotel on the upper level were dirty and smell bad.

The amenities was great! For the price I paid never had 2 tvs in a hotel room before. The free breakfast was outstanding!!Bacon cheesy eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, fruit, 3 kinds of juice, cereal, oatmeal, and other stuff..

While I was there... only one elevator was working and it made it a little cumbersome.. Especially, when the staff had to go clean rooms with their carts.. The elevator was already small and cramped without carts and staff.. My bed spread had a stain.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Elevator was at the front of the hotel and the room was at the back. Considerable walk for 74 year old mom.

The room size for our big family

Our entire 3rd floor from the elevator to our room #320 smelled like piss. Room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a large dog in one of the rooms that barked continuously till 12:01 am, the AC was very loud and took a long time to cool the other rooms

Staff and location was great. Also loved the room setup.

The only problem I had was I saw 3 roaches during my stay. Understand this maybe due to having cooking facilities, but will definitely make me think about staying again.
