The room was fabulous and the location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown

The elevator was a big struggle. They only had 2 elevators in operation which made the wait to get to your room extensive. My husband ended up climbing 16 flights of stairs because the line for the elevator at check in was taking 45 min +

Friendly, helpful and professional staff at Valet, front desk and housekeeping. Breakfast was first class! Offering of champagne and/or ice cream at checking was a very appreciated clever offering. Yummy!

Shower electronics confusing for first time users.

Too many to list.?nothing in the room works, not the blow dryer, phone, iron, room, valet.

It was beautiful, clean, and very friendly from the Valet to the service group.

My only disappointment was the fancy coffee pots. We could not get it to work. We paid for room service to bring in a coffee.

Staff was great and breakfast was excellent!

As with most older Hotels, the elevators are older, smaller and slower. There was a lot of housekeeping staff using the elevators in the morning slowing progress down.

Its location was very nice. There are a lot of things to do near by.

Rooms were small. The touch screen controls in the room were more of a burden than a convenience. Lights randomly come on at 2am. A/C wouldn¿t cool past 69 degrees. Room service was spotty. Parking was 2 blocks away. Hotel restaurant was $$$$

Awesome, stylish hotel! LOVED the old art deco vibe combined with all the modern technology. Such a hip and luxurious atmosphere without feeling too stuffy. A great experience!

If you need a firm mattress, you will not like the bed. Awesome linens, but the mattress itself is super soft and squishy.

Staff was amazing, rooms were very high tech and the location is center of everything in Ft Worth downtown.

Bed sheets did not fit, to small. Electronics in the restroom (mirror) did not work.

The valet guys made our trip! They always greeted us with a smile!

Housekeeping started knocking at 8:30 which is too early imo

Very convenient location. Clearly a very well looked after hotel. Felt very well themed and the whole hotel was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Historic building, plenty to eat and do within walking distance. Well maintained building. Very up to date with technology in the room.

Must valet and it was very expensive.Check in area is very small and a bottleneck.Vanity sink wouldn’t drain on 12th floor. Have seen this before in old hotels.
