The location.

Absolutely. We had no hot water in our room during our stay. When we reported the issue to the staff, they seemed completely unconcerned. There was no apology, no offer of a refund, discount, or credit, and no attempt to make the situation right.

I liked that it?s further away from a busy interstate. It?s clean and has great staff.

A little disappointed in breakfast, as for this type of a hotel it?s a bit embarrassing. No fresh fruit, and the products they offer is bunch of gmo?s.

Booked and paid for a King room but was given a 2 queen instead

Hard to get warm water in showers. They moved us to a different room after the first night because we were unable to get any hot water!

Close to highway, friendly staff, complimentary water.

Shower was hard to operate, beds not truly queen size.

Location was convenient for our use

Breakfast was poor at best. Coffee was luke warm. It would be better if it is not offered. Hotel charged for incidentals. For what incidentals? What services are offered?

The gym was open 24 hours.

We arrived around 9pm & had to wait in the lobby area for an hour for them to clean the room. They were short on towels and could not provide any extra towels to us. They also couldn¿t provide us with an extra comforter. The scale in the gym did not work

Staff were very relational and accommodating. Room was well arranged for study, rest and sleeping!

Breakfast was still restricted to a drink and a fruit, or wrapped item¿

Being a newer hotel the mattress was still comfortable.

The cleanliness. The rooms reminded me of a upgraded motel 6. Which wasent bad just expected more from Marriott. The rest pf the place was great! Also the staff was very helpful when it came to switching rooms, due to me requesting a tub and not a shower.

The location was kinda odd being in the middle of a a parking lot, but the river view made up for it.

Up to date gym and cleanliness.

Everything! The view from our room, large walk in shower, the stocked snack section, the person who checked us in. The location was perfect. Our sleep was great, the bed was perfect. Everything you could think of this hotel has it.

Not enough coffee in the room, but that was remedied by just asking the young lady who checked us in.

Stayed 5 nights total.... Room was only cleaned twice - No fresh towels Front desk people are inexperienced - no desire to help you - Hotel manager only one interested Called the motel on day 3-put on hold for 12 min before I could talk to someone

Needs second elevator to get back into working order.

They still put, providing bar soap along with the liquid soap that is in the rooms in all hotels nowadays.

Great service and super clean room

Super clean and the check in clerks were super nice and very easy on the eyes.

Excellent accommodations. I felt comfortable and safe!! All of the door locks were in working order and peephole had a cover. I will stay here every time I'm in the city.
