Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Cultural District

Staff greeted us on arrival and was SO nice and friendly. Made a superb first impression!

The water pressure in the shower was weak. Disappointing. Would have also enjoyed extra blankets. The blanket for the sofa bed was awful. Thin and scratchy. The sheets were okay. Had to turn up the heater as much as possible to stay warm all night.

Location-we were able to walk to our concert across the street at the Will Roger’s Auditorium and walking distance to restaurant & shops

Paying for parking in the attached lot

Location to UNT health school.

All the liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. Would have expected to be checked and replaced between guests.

Was not given the room I had booked, but instead an accessible room. Also, we arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready and had to wait awhile for it to be prepared.

nothing it's the worst!

The hotel is next to a club and is not noise proof, you hear everything. The rooms are dated, and tubs broken. Ticks on the wall. Housecleaning is nonexistent and no toilet paper is given. Management is rude and callous. The rooms reek like dog.

Everything was clean, ready at the designated time, and staff were wonderful! A positive experience!

Paying for early check in. But the room was ready when promised.

Easy in and out, free parking and around so much entertainment and places!

Nothing. Simple access and in and out.

Location, large rooms, parking

Pillows, noisy

The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us

It was a little bit noisy from street noise

Check In was awesome. Great location. Very clean.

Maintenance came to room saying we requested air conditioner to be repaired. When we said we did not call they still tried to enter room.

I like that the room was large and had a full size fridge and also that the parking was free and covered.

A little bit of bread name brand mabe or more tasteful... It was very plain!including the muffins. Coffee was excellent also the tea!

Large clean room

Asked for clean towels return back to the room late that night no clean towels called the front desk they ran up bath towels no washcloths when asked what we were supposed to do the clerk shrugged her shoulder and said I don't know.loud bar music next doo

Location, room layout, staff.

Street noise is a problem, but windows designed to reduce noise and a Dohm white noise machine was placed in room to abate any issues caused by traffic outside. Overall, noise levels tolerable.

The location is perfect, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the free parking was a great perk!

Our room looked out on to University Dr. It was a nice view but traffic noise was a little loud.

Great location - walking distance from entertainment venue that we were going to. Room was clean and kitchenette was a big plus, as we like to keep cold drinks and a bottle of wine.

Although the hotel breakfast was OK, I have had better before.

The room was really spacious and high quality for the price, and it was great to have a full kitchen area with a dishwasher. Appreciated the desk area and plentiful outlets as well!

The included breakfast had fewer options than I would have preferred, but this could have been due to COVID as well. Still glad to have it!

Room was a comfortable fit

I booked for two nights and they only booked me for one so I had to drive around on a Friday night to multiple hotels to try to find a room. They wouldn’t refund me so I had to stay at one hotel one night and pack up and go back to this one.

It was very nice and clean by the places that were on our list to look at
