Love the staff and location of this hotel.

Upon a 12:30 am arrival and checking into our room we were very disappointed to see that one of the beds had blood splatter on the sheets and the nightstand as well. After an entire day of travel, this was not only gross but also an inconvenience.

The rooms were so nice - it didn¿t feel like a hotel room.

Paying for parking. $18 a night. There are plenty of parking spaces so paying for parking seemed unnecessary.

Very little carpet. Nice size room. Comfy beds.

Parking was an additional $18 which seemed high for a medium quality hotel. Bathroom had hair in them.

This was the nicest hotel for the price I have stayed in for a long time.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, while still professional, and ideal location. Would absolutely stay here again even though pricey for the area.

Breakfast was not to my taste. Pastry bread was stale and “fresh” berries were still frozen, but it was adequate overall.

I booked the wrong Hyatt location and asked for a refund because had to book a diffemt location up the road, I never received anything so i paid for two hotels during the same time.

Upon check-in, room we reserved was not available. Was told that because we had used a 3rd party site, we were first to be bumped. You can hear every car driving by. Constant events, making parking and roof-top experience impossible because of all of the hotel non-guests.

Location perfect as we were visiting our grandson at TCU five minutes away. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and well presented. The king size bed was very comfortable

The plumbing system was appalling. The water from the bathroom taps was no more than a trickle and took up to twenty minutes to get hot water. The shower, whilst sufficient pressure, took up to ten minutes to heat up. Staff informed us this was because room was located far from boiler system.

Paying for parking was to expensive. And should not be needed for the area. This was a big disappointment.

It was very expensive. The pillows were feather, and they didn't bring me others as requested. I had to flag down a housekeeper.

Pillows. Didn't notify me that they weren't able to deliver pillows. I called right before going to bed to ask, and they simply said they didn't have others.

Loved the location for ease of accessing campus, either will y walking or car.

My room needed a bit of repair. The shade was off its track and the shower needed grout attention.

Walkable distance to Cidercade. Nice area, lots of places to eat. Area is quiet. Good breakfast.
