The cleanliness!! We had no soap, no working phone. The lamps didn't work. Total nastiness.Grose!!
Location to highway, gasoline and quick food.
It was shabby, worn down and it didn't feel clean.
Hotel room was dirty. Carpet was nasty. Shower was not maintained and we needed shoes to shower. towels were very thin, bleached smelling and old. Wasp in the room. Curtain wouldn't close. Window air unit very loud. Outside water leaks everywhere from the AC units.

Cleanliness Terrible. Didn't clean my room after the first day, had to ask and then they gave me a hard time about doing it.
The hotel is in a horrible state; and it is nothing like the pictures shown. The management is obviously no longer investing in maintaining the property, and just milking as much profits as possible from a deteriorating asset.
