Cons -
- I complained about the extra noise from the room next door, from 11 pm until 4 am (they had a party) and at reception they did nothing, I had to change rooms the next day. Also, they charge for parking, and they don't make that clear on the website.
- Room was outdated, the hallways were dark.
- The shower water temp was fluctuating, hard to get it right...most likely a faulty mix valve, as it dripped when it was off unless tightened well.

Clean and comfortable

Location
Poor customer service by counter staff. Also, Toilet clogged twice.
